Itinerary<br />

Day 1: Perth – Margaret River Wine Region<br />

Travelling south we stop for morning tea (own expense) at the<br />

iconic Busselton Jetty, the longest timber jetty in the southern<br />

hemisphere. We continue south to the Margaret River Wine<br />

Region to enjoy lunch at a Margaret River brewery and indulge<br />

in complimentary beer tastings. Next we head out to explore<br />

Mammoth Cave on a guided tour. Pass through the stunning<br />

Boranup Forest and be awestruck at the size of these massive<br />

Karri trees. Afterwards, visit Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse the diving<br />

point between the Southern and Indian Oceans. Includes lunch<br />

and dinner.<br />

Day 2: Tailormade for you<br />

If cycling around the vineyard appeals, then book the Sip n’ Cycle<br />

around the Margaret River Region.<br />

Itinerary<br />

Day 1: Perth – Monkey Mia<br />

Journey north via the lobster fishing town of Port Denison where<br />

you will stop for lunch by the waters edge. Continue north across<br />

the Greenough Flats, better known for unusual leaning trees,<br />

travel via Geraldton and Northampton to the world heritage<br />

listed area of Shark Bay.<br />

Overnight: Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, Shark Bay<br />

Day 2: Monkey Mia – Kalbarri<br />

Spend extra time at the waters edge this morning where you<br />

may encounter a visit by the famous Monkey Mia dolphins. As<br />

they are wild, dolphin appearances can’t be guaranteed but<br />

coming in at regular times through the day to interact with<br />

people has been a ritual for many years. This afternoon we visit<br />

the town of Denham, incredible Shell Beach and Stromatolites<br />

before travelling south to Kalbarri. Known for wild flowers<br />

(Jul-Oct) and magnificent rocky landscapes we visit Hawks Head.<br />

Overnight: Kalbarri Edge Resort, Kalbarri<br />

Day 3: Kalbarri – Perth<br />

Enjoy sightseeing along the Kalbarri coastal gorges then travel<br />

south breaking for lunch at the rock lobster fishing village of<br />

Cervantes – gateway to the renowned Pinnacles Desert. Stroll<br />

among these limestone spires and take photographs, with<br />

arrival back in Perth at approximately 7.00pm.<br />
