The main topic of discussion today is going to be abortions, and woman’s privacy rights within the Constitution
of the United States. One question we may ask, is it violating our privacy rights if a woman goes to get an
abortion and people are protesting outside? Or would we be shortening those people’s rights of freedom of
speech. The Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution states that The Fourteenth Amendment states that no
State shall “deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” (Ahlander, 2017).
