Executive Summary
This project will review the District 4 Warehouse Move and the construction on the new warehouse. It will contain the status and
the performance of the project, with all of which will be explain in different entities in the project. The stages that was
encountered along the way and how I dealt with them. I’ll explain how the framing and drywall contractors opted to only provide
half of their crew, the city holding up the permits and even crew members leaving the job halfway through.
This report will also include an org. chart which shows the chain of command at the Trillo Apparel Company. We will discuss
and announce the administrative teams. I’ll include why I choose the team and exactly what assignment they were tasks with. I’ll
discuss the project risk in detail. Lastly all project management skills that I applied will be discussed in detail.
