Abstract<br />
The purpose of this essay is to examine whether animals and human rights should be equal. It will focus on human<br />
rights and animal rights, moral judgment, and elements ofexploitation. It is true that people do not see animals<br />
as superior. The animal welfare law only protects animals to a certain degree. They aren’t protected against medical<br />
experiments, as bate, and other projects. Human rights is already a difficult topic to touch on, nonetheless, animal<br />
rights. Animals have rights that should be recognized andhave a legal status that should protect them to live in their<br />
natural habitat and free from exploitation.<br />
