Step Eleven “We sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.” قدم یازدهم ما ضمنِ‏ دعا و مراقبه خواهانِ‏ ارتقای رابطه ی آگاهانه ی خود با خداوند همانگونه که خود او را درک کردیم شده و فقط برای اطلاع از اراده ی او برای خودمان و قدرتِ‏ اجرایِ‏ آن به دعا می پردازیم.‏ The first ten steps have set the stage for us to improve our conscious contact with the God of our understanding. They give us the foundation to achieve our long-sought, positive goals. Having entered this phase of our spiritual program through practicing the previous ten steps, most of us welcome the exercise of prayer and meditation. Our spiritual condition is the basis for a successful recovery that offers unlimited growth. ده مرحله ی اولیه صحنه را برای رشدِ‏ رابطه ی هشیارانه با خداوندِ‏ درکِ‏ خودمان آماده کرده اند.‏ آنها شالوده ای را برایمان فراهم نموده اند تا به اهدافِ‏ سازنده ای که تشنه ی تلاش برای آنها بودیم دست پیدا کنیم.‏ ضمن ورود به این جنبه از برنامه ی معنویِ‏ خودمان با تمرین ده قدمِ‏ قبلی بسیاری از ما ممارست در دعا و مراقبه را مورد استقبال قرار می دهند.‏ منزلتِ‏ معنوی خودمان مایه ی بهبودی موفقیت آمیزی است که تحولِ‏ نامحدودی را عرضه می دارد.‏ Many of us really begin to appreciate our recovery when we get to the Eleventh Step. In the Eleventh Step, our lives take on a deeper meaning. By surrendering control, we gain a far greater power.
بسیاری از ما وقتی که به قدم یازدهم می رسیم قدردانیِ‏ واقعی از بهبودیِ‏ خودمان را آغاز می نمائیم.‏ در مرحله ی یازدهم زندگیِ‏ ما معنایِ‏ عمیق تری به خود می گیرد.‏ با واگذاریِ‏ اختیار،‏ نیرویی به مراتب عظیم تر کسب می نمائیم.‏ The nature of our belief will determine the manner of our prayers and meditations. We need only make sure that we have a system of belief that works for us. Results count in recovery. As has been noted elsewhere, our prayers seemed to work as soon as we entered the Program of Narcotics Anonymous and we surrendered to our disease. The conscious contact described in this step is the direct result of living the steps. We use this step to improve and maintain our spiritual condition. ماهیتِ‏ باور ما روالِ‏ دعاها و مراقبه های ما را تعیین خواهند نمود.‏ فقط نیازمندیم اطمینان حاصل نمائیم دارای باوری هستیم که سازوکارِ‏ آن برایِ‏ ما کارایی دارد.‏ بهبودی متکی به نتیجه ها می باشد.‏ همانطور که در جاهای دیگر مورد اشاره قرار گرفته انگار به همان زودی که وارد برنامه ی معتادانِ‏ گمنام شده و بیماری خودمان را پذیرفتیم دعاهایِ‏ ما مستجاب شدند.‏ رابطه ی هشیارانه ی موضوع این قدم نتیجه ی مستقیمِ‏ زندگی به شیوه ی قدم ها می باشد.‏ ما این قدم را برایِ‏ حفظ و رشد مقامِ‏ معنوی خودمان به کار می گیریم.‏ When we first came into the program, we received help from a Power greater than ourselves. This was set in motion by our surrender to the program. The purpose of the Eleventh Step is to increase our awareness of that Power and to improve our ability to use it as a source of strength in our new lives. اول که وارد برنامه شدیم از نیرویی عظیم تر از خودمان کمک دریافت کردیم.‏ واگذاریِ‏ اختیار خودمان به برنامه ی انجمن این کار را عملی ساخت.‏ منظور قدم یازدهم افزایشِ‏ آگاهی ما از آن نیرو و رشد تواناییِ‏ خودمان برای استفاده از آن به عنوان منبع یک نیرو در زندگیِ‏ تازه ی ما می باشد.‏ The more we improve our conscious contact with our God through prayer and meditation, the easier it is to say, “Your will, not mine, be done.” We can ask for God’s help when we need it, and our lives get better. The experiences that some people talk about regarding meditation and individual religious beliefs don’t always apply to us. Ours is a spiritual, not a
