She has over 30 years experience in the field of light industry. Since January 1990 she was CEO of SC Pasmatex SA Timisoara, in 1995 being
the Chairman of the Board of this company. Since 2005 she was administrative manager of SC Splabel SRL. During this period, she was
very involved in development of textile industry and job creation. Since 1998 she serves as president of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs
in Romania. Since 2002 she is the President of the Employers’ Federation of Light Industry and member of the National Council
of Exporters. She is positioned as “the top 50 successful women from Romania” published by the magazine Capital almost every year.

Magdalena Ambassadors Holeksová Director of the Czech-Polish Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic
Born in Białystok, Poland. She has lived in the Czech Republic for 19 years. A germanist (University of Warsaw). After moving to the Czech
Republic, she graduated from the Business School in Ostrava. Mother of 19 years old Mike. She began her professional career on Czech
TV in Ostrava as an editor and an anchor of news in Polish. Later on, also in Polish-Czech programmes on Czech TV and Polish TV in Katowice.
She used to own a company producing TV commercials. For 6 years, she has worked as Director of the Czech-Polish Chamber of
Commerce in the Czech Republic.
