Under European legislation, a medicinal product is defined as any substance<br />

or combination of substances presented for treating or preventing disease<br />

in human beings. This includes combinations of substances that may be<br />

administered to human beings to make a medical diagnosis or to restore,<br />

correct or modify their physiological functions.<br />

case of HMRC using Schedule 36 of<br />

the Finance Act 2008 to btain<br />

We have partnered with an AI<br />

start-up (LitiGate) to assist with<br />

their product development which<br />

seeks to streamline and optimise<br />

legal research, initially in relation<br />

to interim applications<br />
