Wuxi Huatong Pneumatic Manufacture Co.,Ltd. Established in May,
1956, is a key mainstay enterprise manufacturing air press and grinding
machine. The air press which pressure from 10KN to 1000KN get the
technology paten from state intellectual property rights office.With good
performance, our product J23-3.15T, J23-6.3T mechanical press are sold
to Southeast Asia, and win the high repulation. According to customer's
request, we manufacture grinding machine, type MW1412, MW1312,
M1420, M1320, which are wildly used in machine industry, rubber stick
grinding, They feature high-precision, excellent applicability, a wide range
of application, won the floors in favor of consumers.
With the full line of pneuamtic products, we are specilized in pneumatic cntrol
components, actuator components, FRL, pneumatic accessory and pneumatic
/ hydraulic system .
2006, company moved to Huishan Economical Development District, The new
factory occupying more than 40,000 square meters including construction
covering about 20,000 square meters meanwhile both our company's
hardware and software have significant improvement.

Features of Air press
We can produce full serice air press from 10KN to 1000KN. Normally , air press compose by body, air / air hydraulic cylinder, electrical terminal and pneumatic
control system. The output force, press speed, prower stroke are adjustable. plunger tip working smoothly, According to the process request, the break of the
stroke is also adjustable. It features small shake and the low noise. The advanced tech that save prower and space are apply to the press which output more than
500KN. According to customer's request, we can build up the assemble line with safety protect device. It is highly adaptable for bearing accemble, bending, motor
manufacture.

Tip and Warning
1. Make sure the press stand on the level .
2. Connect the air with clean pipe , regulate the air pressure ≤0.5Mpa.
3. connect the power ((AC:220V. 50HZ) and protective earth.
4. lubricate the the press according to the instruction .
5. Don't use the unstable pressure air , or long convey/ small dia pipe.
6. Release water out from filter timely .
7. Don't put your hands into plunger area when it working.

STEP I:
P2, P3 air in, cylinder at it's initial position

P1 air in, P2 exhaust, working piston rod extends with low force of compressed air, and approach the product.

Keep step 2 , then P4 air in, P3 exhaust, Plunger of intensifier piston rod enter into oil tank, and compresses the oil
to high pressure, then plunger of working piston rod finish press the product.

P3,P2 air in, P4,P1exhaust, intensifier position rod and working piston return to ther initial position.

Bore 250mm pneumatic cylinder output force
48KN, air consumption 9.8L. Bore 100mm
pneumatic / hydraulic cylinder output force
48KN, air consumption 2.7L. So pneumatic/
hydraulic cylinder's air consumption is less than
pneumatic cylinder's.
