his coalition is made up of churches across different<br />
geographical locations, varying in church size,<br />
organizational affiliation, and structure.<br />
However, they are unified to work together to organize an efficient<br />
and relevant fellowship for the enhancement of Apostolic<br />
Churches Worldwide, to educate and inspire Pastors, ministers,<br />
leaders, and laity to achieve ministerial and evangelistic<br />
excellence, and to focus on the training of church leaders and the<br />
expansion of church vision and membership.<br />
The <strong>ICAF</strong> is an “apostolic network” and that term signifies a<br />
different level of operation and identity from that of simply a<br />
network of ministers and ministries.<br />
An apostolic network is characterized by a significant inflow of<br />
valid apostolic grace into the lives of the members.<br />
Key Identifiers:<br />
One unified purpose plus individual specific visions and<br />
purposes in the Lord.<br />
Voluntary accountability to apostolic oversight but essential<br />
autonomy in local community.<br />
Guarantee of personal identity and allowance of diversity.<br />
Upholding of the premium values of covenant, integrity,<br />
transparency, loyalty and faithfulness.<br />
Flexible, mutating structures not defensive walls.<br />
Strategic and relevant church growth and Pastoral<br />
mentorship and networking.<br />
Constant movement forward and growth into the next<br />
expression and dimension of Apostolic Reformation.<br />
To provide a place of restoration, activation and commission<br />
for local and trans-local ministers through accountable<br />
relationships, protection, support, counseling and<br />
impartation.<br />
To ordain, recognize, validate and send forth those called by<br />
God to stand in positions of ministry to the Body of Christ.<br />
To extend and develop strong relationships with other<br />
networks across the nations, in order to facilitate the<br />
strengthening and spiritual expansion of the <strong>ICAF</strong>.<br />
Through true Connections, Covenant Relationships,<br />
the <strong>ICAF</strong> is building Right Leaders for this era.<br />
<strong>ICAF</strong> ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE<br />
The <strong>ICAF</strong> is organized domestically and globally into 6 domestic regions<br />
and 3 global regions. Through the <strong>ICAF</strong> unique leadership structure, each<br />
region is governed by an Overseer, Regional Bishop and State<br />
Superintendent that work together to provide leadership and support to<br />
Pastors & Leaders in those areas.<br />
Each region holds an annual regional conference, as well as, each<br />
November all regions, global and domestically, convenes in the first<br />
weekend of November for our Holy Convocation.<br />
During the regional and National conferences, through the unique<br />
combination of leadership training, impartation and ministry fellowship,<br />
Pastors, leaders and ministries are refreshed, renewed, and inspired.<br />
