FOR GROUP OR OTHERDRINKINGMADHYA PRADESH.INTRODUCTION:WATER SUPPLY SCHEME IN THE VARIOUS DISTRICT OFPublic Health Engineering Department intents to empanel qualified, experiencedand resourceful agencies to prepare detail project report including survey,investigation, designing, drawing, preparation of estimate and etc. for group orother drinking water supply schemes for rural, urban & semi urban areas of thestate. Department also intends to incorporate a government owned Public limitedcompany for speedily implementation and execution of these drinking watersupply schemes. The empanelled agency has to work for both Public HealthEngineering Department and MP Jal Nigam Ltd.In this regards Public Health Engineering invites Expression of Interest forEmpanelment of agencies to indicate their interest in providing these services.The agencies have to provide information in the attached format with all thesupporting documents for all the credentials claimed.Empanelment will be done on the basis of experiences, available humanresources and financial capacity, in related field, and they would also becategorized on the basis of these criteria, depending upon the probable cost ofthe projects the empanelled agencies will be eligible to submit their financial bid

on the basis of categorization. The empanelment will be valid for two year fromthe date of empanelment.Only empanelled agencies will be eligible to submit financial and technical bids /proposal separately whenever required by the Public Health EngineeringDepartment or MP Jal Nigam Ltd. for preparing DPR of group or other watersupply schemes in any part of state Madhya Pradesh.Sealed offer are invited on behalf of the Governor of M.P. for the abovementioned work in the office of the Engineer-In- Chief , Public Health EngineeringDepartment, Gr. floor Satpuda Bhawan Bhopal Road Bhopal, MP within the 21days from the date of publication.The consultants intending to participate in this offer are required to depositempanelment fee Rs. 10000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand Only) non refundablethrough demand draft with name of Engineer-In-Chief Public HealthEngineering Department Bhopal.The empanelment fee will be nonrefundable for the agencies who willidentified for empanelment.The submission of a Offer by a consultant implies that he has read the Term ofReference of Offer and all other offer documents, The copy of TOR is availableon PHE department web site – www. mpphed.gov.inScreening & categorization - The Offer shall be screened & categorized by thecommittee headed by Engineer-In- Chief Public Health Engineering DepartmentBhopal.Conditional Offer - Conditional Offers are liable to be rejected.Authority of Engineer-In-Chief, The authority competent to accept a Offer reservethe right of accepting the Offer for the whole work or for a distinct part of it, ordistributing the work between one or more Offers.

Eligibility criteria for Consultants / Agencies -1 Contractor/ Consultant shall have an experience of similar workrelated to Engineering, Survey, Designing, Drawing, Estimation andpreparation of DPR for Water Supply Works amounting to a total ofRs. 25 crore, (Estimated cost of the Water Supply Project to be Rs.25 crore during last 5 years. Such schemes should have been alsoapproved by the competent Technical Authority.2 The annual turnover of the firm should be average of Rs. 1 croreduring last 5 years.3 Contractor/ Consultant shall submit experience certificate ofsuccessful completion of similar work issued by an officer not belowthe rank of Executive Engineer.4 The Consultant should have the suitable Soft wares for differentcomponents of the DPR like Barrage ,Intake well , PumpingMain/Gravity Main ,Treatment Plant , Over head Tanks, UnderGround Tanks, Distribution System (Loop and Branched Network),Civil Structures, Drawing and etc.5 Joint venture agencies / Consulting firms are also eligible toparticipate in the offer, but the registration of Joint venture is prerequisite condition.
