The Isabel Bader
Theatre was the place to
be on March 5th and 6th
as the dental students at
the University of
Toronto Faculty of
Dentistry showcased
their many talents in
this year’s Beatlesthemed
Dentantics production, “Dentalmania.” The
audience roared with laughter and enthusiasm as
professors were impersonated and the daily life of dental
students was comedically portrayed. The combination of
talented singers, actors, dancers, and musicians was a
recipe for success! All proceeds from the event are being
donated to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation to
establish a fund for Oral Cancer Research.
When asked about the production on opening night, here
is what co-producers, Cara Lindsay and Lani Kraus, had
to say: “We want to thank all of our classmates, families,
and friends for their continuous
support and encouragement. We
are so proud to witness the
phenomenal teamwork and
commitment of our peers outside
the classroom.” Congratulations to
the class of 2010 on an outstanding
performance!
