ABUS intervenes before any break-in
Mechanical security components

moment a culprit attempts to break
a window or open a door. The locks
present burglars with pressure resistance
of more than 1 tonne, thereby
raising an alarm at the alarm panel,
– even if the alarm system wasn’t
armed.
A unique feature
The mechanical locks protect the

the indoor area – including against

The extra door lock from ABUS combines
control comfort with security.
It can be fitted to any kind of door
at any time.
It can be closed with a simple
movement. In doing so, a doublestroke
bolt with outer cylinder lock
engages and withstands from this
moment on any attempts to break
in. On front doors with glass panes
we recommend the model with
a lock cylinder for indoors and
outdoors. This helps to prevent the
opener being opened when the
window is broken.

Safety at the touch of a button
ABUS has integrated a switching
option into the extra door lock,
which enables the complete alarm
system to be armed or disarmed. If
you leave your home for example,
all you need to do is press a button
and the building will be fully

To meet the various demands of
our customers, ABUS offers this lock
in three different colours: white,
silver or brown. It is ideal for all
DIN left-hand and DIN right-hand
doors, and it can be retrofitted at
any given time.

The alarm panel is notified of the
window condition whereupon it

Best of all: every standard window
handle can be replaced by the wireless
window handle FG 350 E without
any complications – optionally
