all community health and personal social
services in your local area. Dublin South
West Local Health Office mainly covers the
communities of Drimnagh, Crumlin,
Walkinstown and Tallaght and provides a
wide range of services either from the Local
Health Office at Old County Road, Crumlin, or
through local health centres and other
locations listed in this booklet.
Welcome
I am the Local Health Manager for Dublin South West. I am delighted to
introduce this Health Service Executive Directory, which we have produced to
provide information you may need about local health services.
This Directory gives you a list of the health and personal social services that are
available to you. It also gives useful information on how to access services, and
guides you to your entitlements, e.g. Medical Cards, the new GP Visit Cards,
Home Help and much more.
My job as the Manager of the Local Health Office is to ensure that the
community health and personal social services in this area work for you.
We work closely with other HSE services in nearby areas and across the
country, to enable the people living here to access the services they need when
they need them.
We also work closely with hospitals to enable people to access services easily
between the community and the hospital systems.
I hope you find this HSE Directory helpful, so that should a need arise, it will be
at hand with the information you need.

office (open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) if you need further
