üzere gönüllü olarak Bosna’ya gelmiş olan
Müslümanlar, oraya aslında zevk için adam
öldürmeye gelmiş paralı askerler olarak gösterilmekte,
katliam ve tecavüzlerden de bu kişiler
sorumlu tutulmaktadır.”

(Kuşatma) adlı filmde, Arap teröristlerin
ABD’de giriştikleri çok büyük bombalamaları
durduramayan ABD hükümetinin, sıkıyönetim
ilân ederek bütün Müslümanları şehrin
içindeki stadyum ve benzeri yerlerde oluşturulan
toplama kamplarına doldurması anlatılmaktadır.
Böylece bir bakıma yıllar öncesinden
11 Eylül’ün senaryosunu yazmıştır.
• 11 Eylül olaylarının hemen akabinde, Pentagon
yetkilileri Hollywood temsilcileri ile
bir toplantı yapmış ve yeni terör odağı olarak
öne çıkartılan İslam’a karşı savaşta bu algıyı
besleyecek yapımlar üretmelerini istemiştir.
Jean-Michel Valantin bu konuda şunları aktarmaktadır:
“11 Kasım 2001 tarihinde büyük
stüdyo temsilcileri, oyuncu birliğinin başkanı,
sinema sektörünün efsanevi devi Jack Valenti
ve Başkan George W. Bush’un tanınmış siyasî
danışmanı Karl Rove Hollywood’da bir araya
geldiler. Bu toplantının amacı ‘teröre karşı savaş’ın
hakim olduğu Amerikan dış politikasını
Hollywood yapımlarıyla koordineli bir hale
getirmekti.” 21

has said in this regard: “A meeting was held
in Hollywood on 11 Noember 2001 between
representatives of the ajor studios, the head of
the actors union, the powerful and redoubtable
Jack Valenti, and Karl Rove, President
George W. Bush’s eminent political adviser.
The aim of the meeting was the coordination
of the American foreign policy, dominated by
the “war against terrorism”, with Hollywood
productions.” 21
