4. THE FIX SLEEVE IS PULLED DOWN IN THE SLEEVE STRETCH.<br />
PRESS THE START BUTTON/PEDAL.<br />
The pinning machine then stretches the skin according<br />
to the preset parameters.<br />
Pull the FIX sleeve down over the board.<br />
Once the skin has been stretched, the machine continues<br />
automatically and pulls the FIX sleeve into position.<br />
The machine also releases the board.<br />
The machine sets itself in the start position when the<br />
board is released from the machine.<br />
Interrupting the pinning process<br />
If the operator wants to interrupt the pinning process,<br />
this can be done at any time by pressing the red stop<br />
button. The machine then always goes one step backwards.<br />
The skin is only counted in the statistics when the<br />
sleeve is applied.<br />
Pausing the pinning process<br />
After a pause of five minutes the machine vents itself.<br />
The operator must then restart the machine to continue<br />
the pinning process.<br />
First press reset on the screen panel, and then press<br />
start.<br />
Checking the pinned skin after drying<br />
The final result is dependent on the skin having been<br />
placed correctly in the skin clips. When drying is complete,<br />
this is checked by looking at the leat<strong>her</strong> side of<br />
