A first aid box is available from the reception.
Accidents. Give first aid, call 112, inform the reception.
Ball games are not allowed on the campsite. Please use
the ball court outside the site for this purpose, near the
water. The ball court must be vacated by 21:00, out of
consideration for the neighbours.
BBQs are allowed, but may NOT be placed directly
on the grass or the cabin terraces. You can ask us for a
flagstone or similar.
Cars on the campsite: Only one car is allowed onto
the actual site. Any other cars, larger cars and visitors’
cars can be left in the car park or parked along the side
of the road next to the pavement on the opposite side
from the campsite. The grassy verge may not be used for
parking. Please see parking instructions on the notice
board at the reception. Please respect the on-site speed
limit of 10 km/h.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of
departure. You must leave the site by 12:00, and cabins
by 11:00.
Day visitors must sign in at the reception upon arrival.
Price: Adults DKK 20,- Children DKK 15,-.
Defibrillator can be found in the TV-room.
Dogs must be kept on a short leash throughout the site.
You must walk your dog outside the site, and dogs may
not urinate right outside other people’s awnings. Dog
refuse bags can be found in several places on-site and
MUST be used in case of accidents. In the cabins, dogs
may not climb on the furniture/beds.
Drinking water is available from the water points,
except in winter when it is only available from the
service buildings.
Emergency telephone. When the reception is closed,
you can call30 69 50 65, but ONLY in an emergency,
such as illness or similar – and please be aware that
this telephone number can not receive text messages.
Family rooms are locked, you can get the key from the
reception against a deposit of DKK 200,-.
Fresh morning bread can be ordered and paid for at the
kiosk by 17:30 the previous evening. Remember to give
your pitch number when ordering.
Gas can be purchased from the kiosk.
Go-carts can be hired from reception for DKK 30,-
per started hour. You may not drive around the
service building, and the cars may not be taken off
the campsite.
Rubbish must only be left in the containers set out
for the purpose; newspapers, tin cans and cardboard
MUST be sorted into the special containers in the
recycling areas. Cardboard boxes MUST be “folded
down”. The containers are only for household waste.
All other rubbish, such as tarpaulins, tents, ground
sheets, garden furniture and so on, must NOT be left
in the containers, but must be taken home with you
or driven to the recycling centre at Spånnebæk 34,
Holbæk.
The baby room is locked, please get the key from the
reception. Deposit DKK 200,-.
Safety. Fire is always a danger at a campsite, so please
be careful with open flames and always keep a 3-
metre gap between you and your neighbours. Make
sure it is at least 1,5 m from the pitch boundary, and
always have a bucket of water standing by. On your
arrival, please make a note of where the nearest fire
extinguishers are, for your own safety.
Silence is expected after 22:00 and until 07:00.
On Saturdays and the evening before public holidays,
silence from 23:00.
Swimming ticket for day visitors.
If a day visitor wishes to use the pool, you can buy a
swimming ticket instead. DKK 30,-.
Spa pool and sauna DKK 40,-. Day visitors wishing to
use spa, swimming pool and sauna: DKK 60,- (Threein-one
ticket). Day visitors must buy their ticket from
reception.
The toilet for disabled is locked, please get a key from
the reception. Deposit DKK 200,-.
The gate can only be opened between 07:00 and 22:00.
You may not lend your access card to others or use it to
let others in.
Wireless Internet (WIFI). Most of the site has WIFI
coverage. As our guest at the site you have free access to
the wireless connection.
TV is in the TV-room opposite the reception.
