Opus Health Care AB is part of the “Household and Body
Care” division and has been operating in the Swedish
healthcare sector for almost 30 years.
Opus Health Care is headquartered in Malmö, giving
us geographical proximity to our customers in Scandinavia
and Northern Europe. Our sales team offers support and
training to the Swedish healthcare and dental sectors. Being
represented nationally in Sweden is essential for us to be a
reliable partner and to be able to quickly register our customers’
opinions and desire for changes and improvements.
We set strict requirements for both our products and the
factories that produce them. All suppliers are certified in
accordance with ISO14001 and follow GMP (Good Manufacturing
Practice) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).
Because Opus Health Care is not a producing unit, we
have decided to forgo ISO certification. We do, however, follow
Sara Lee’s international environmental standard GEMS
(Global Environmental Management System), which has
requirements similar to ISO14001. As an additional aspect
of our environmental consciousness, we are focusing on
increasing the percentage of transports using environmentally
friendlier fuel so as not to contribute to the greenhouse
effect. Naturally, we are also connected to REPA, which is
responsible for packaging recycling in Sweden.
Our DAX brand of products for disinfection, skin care
and skin cleansing is the market leader in the Swedish
healthcare sector. The Zendium brand is marketed in the
Swedish dental care sector and is one of the most popular
brands of toothpaste at Swedish pharmacies. In addition
to Sweden, Opus products are sold in Norway, Denmark,
Finland, Iceland, Holland and Belgium.
