des Goetheanum
Öffentliche Studienwoche
Sieht man das Goetheanum zum ersten Mal,
ist es kaum vorzustellen, dass dieser Bau schon
vor über 80 Jahren erbaut wurde. Modern und
zukunftsweisend erscheinen seine Bauformen.
So zukünftig wie dieser Bau, können auch die
Ideen der Anthroposophie sein.
Die eigene menschliche Würde zu entwickeln,
den Herausforderungen der Zeit zu begegnen
und die Welt von morgen zu gestalten, ist
heute in die Hand des Menschen gelegt. Dass
er diese Verantwortung in freiem Zusammenhang
mit einer geistigen Dimension der Welt
leben kann, bedarf eines Ortes, an dem ein
solches Leben erforscht und gepflegt wird. Dies
war die Intention, mit der Rudolf Steiner das
Goetheanum als Bau und als Freie Hochschule
für Geisteswissenschaft entworfen hat.
Die Studienwoche «Anthroposophie und die
Idee des Goetheanum» bietet eine Gelegenheit,
die Anthroposophie und das Goetheanum
kennen zu lernen. Die Goetheanum-Leitung
lädt ganz herzlich ein, während einer Woche
an dem vielseitigen Ort etwas über seine Geschichte
zu erfahren, zu hören wie die Anthroposophie
heute lebt und welche Forschungen
derzeit betrieben werden.
Die Mitarbeiter verschiedener Abteilungen
geben Einblicke in ihr gegenwärtiges Tätigkeitsgebiet;
so werden aus den aktuellen
Forschungsfragen beispielsweise die Grundideen
der anthroposophischen Medizin, der
Rudolf Steiner-Pädagogik, sowie der biologischdynamischen
Landwirtschaft dargestellt. In
künstlerischen Workshops können Eurythmie,
Sprachgestaltung oder Plastizieren versucht
werden und in Seminaren können einführende
Texte Rudolf Steiners zur Anthroposophie
kennen gelernt werden. Führungen zeigen den
Bau von innen und aussen in seiner Landschaft.
So möchten wir Sie herzlich einladen, «Anthroposophie
und die Idee des Goetheanum» in der
heutigen Zeit für sich zu entdecken.

Open Study Week
Looking at the Goetheanum for the first time,
it is hard to imagine that it was built more than
80 years ago. The design of the building is as
modern as it is timeless. The ideas of Anthroposophy
bear a potential for the future in an
equally innovative way.
Today it is up to us, to develop our own humanity,
to face the challenges of our time and to
shape tomorrow’s world. If we want to live with
this responsibility in a conscious relation with
the world’s spiritual dimension, we need a place
that is dedicated to the research and the awareness
that is required to develop this attitude
towards life. This was Rudolf Steiner’s intention
when he designed the Goetheanum as a building
and as the School of Spiritual Science.
The Open Study Week «Anthroposophy and
the Idea of the Goetheanum» is an opportunity
to get to know Anthroposophy as well as the
Goetheanum. With this week the Board of the
Goetheanum invites you to explore the diversity
of this unique place and learn more about its
history, about the many different ways in which
Anthrosposophy is alive today and current
research projects related to it.
Goetheanum co-workers from different
departments will give an introduction to their
daily activities and relevant research questions,
including the basic ideas of Anthroposophic
Medicine, Waldorf Education and Bio-Dynamic
Argriculture. In artistic workshops you will have
the opportunity to practice eurythmy, speech
formation and sculpturing. Some of Rudolf
Steiner’s introductory texts about Anthroposophy
can be studied in the seminars. The guided
tours will be a possibility to get to know the
interior of the Goetheaum and the whole building
in relation to its surrounding landscape.
