Colours<br />

All of the article numbers within this catalogue relate to the colour RAL 9006. Should you desire a different colour, please<br />

indicate so when placing your order.<br />

Deliveries of articles with standard colour will be delivered without any surcharges.<br />

All other colours of the RAL colour scale are charged with a fl at surcharge of € 135.00 per order for changing the colour.<br />

Such orders will be shipped after 15 workdays.<br />

We will provide you with a separate offer for all articles desired to be produced in other colours (special colours, specifi cation<br />

by a certain manufacturer); we will charge a surcharge of € 135.00 per order for changing the colour. Delivery periods must<br />

be agreed separately.<br />

Surcharges, Transportation<br />

We can offer our favourable prices by specifying a minimum order volume and by picking the orders in accordance with the<br />

production fl ows. Thus we ask for your understanding for charging the following surcharges in order to achieve favourable<br />

overall prices:<br />

- Extra charge for small quantities below € 150.00 net, amounting to € 35.00.<br />

- Picking surcharge for orders subject to special customer assignments regarding the picking of the order, amounting<br />

to € <strong>30</strong>.00 per order.<br />

It is not possible to avoid damage in transit completely despite applying the highest diligence. What is important to us in<br />

such cases is that the shipper - being the causer of damage - pays for the damage, since neither you as the recipient nor we as<br />

the sender of the articles are responsible for damage in transit. Shippers have transportation insurances in order to regulate<br />

such cases, but the insurance companies will not pay for the damage unless the following rules are fulfi lled:<br />

- Diligent control of all packages received with regard to quantity and intactness<br />

- Visible damage must be noted on the bill of lading in writing and countersigned by the driver.<br />

- Hidden damage must be reported in writing immediately, and no later than one week after receipt of delivery.<br />

- Please immediately report any damage in transit to our inside sales department.<br />

Adhering to these rules will ensure a smooth regulation of the damage. We ask for your understanding that damage will not<br />

be regulated in case these rules are not fulfi lled.<br />
