BOAT AND YACHT SERVICE GROUP
With its exceptional coast, Croatia is a true pearl of the Mediterranean
and an ideal place for vacation and research. Its long coastline and
countless islands, reefs and rocks offer an unforgettable experience
regardless of whether you sail or cruise on motor yachts or on
sports or fishing boats.
Many companies make sure that sailing is as safe and comfortable
as possible. They work hard all year and are dedicated to vessel
maintenance and repair all around the Adriatic, based on their rich
experience and excellent references.
The Industry Department of the Croatian Chamber of Economy recognised
their interests and needs, and the decision on founding
the Boat and Yacht Service Group was adopted in October 2012.
The Group gathers all companies in the area of the Republic of
Croatia registered for maintenance and repair of all vessel systems
and for the preparation of vessels for navigation.
Considering the fact that vessel repair and maintenance services
include a wide spectrum of activities, it is impossible to classify
them in a simple manner. Precisely for that reason, the first objective
of the Group was the creation of the catalogue of Croatian
Marine Service Centres - CROMS. The catalogue unifies the information
on the complete offer of Group members who can provide
an extremely competitive service to users and business partners
based on a high level of service quality and international standards.
We believe that the catalogue will contribute to the recognisability
of Croatia as a nautical country, while the available information will
largely facilitate the selection of an optimal company, and, finally,
the satisfaction with the provided services will encourage our nautical
guest to return to the Croatian waters again.

Mit der außergewöhnlichen Küste ist Kroatien die wahre Perle des
Mittelmeerraums und der ideale Ort für Urlaub und Erkundungen. Die lange
Küste sowie unzählige Inseln und Inselchen, Felsenklippen und Riffe,
bieten ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, ob sie nun mit einem Segelboot segeln,
mit einer Motorjacht eine Kreuzfahrt machen oder mit einem Sportoder
Angelboot fahren.
Damit die Schifffahrt möglichst sicher und angenehm von statten
geht, kümmert sich eine Reihe von erfahrenen und angesehenen
Geschäftsbetrieben. Sie führen Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
an Wasserfahrzeugen im ganzen Adriaraum, mit Geduld und Hingabe
über das ganze Jahr, durch.
Der Industriesektor der Kroatischen Wirtschaftskammer hat die Interessen
und Bedürfnisse erkannt, so dass im Oktober 2012 der Beschluss gefasst
wurde, die Gruppe Servicestützpunkte für Wasserfahrzeuge zu gründen.
Die Gruppe umfasst alle Geschäftsbetriebe auf dem Gebiet der Republik
Kroatien, die als solche für Wartung und Reparatur an allen Systemen
von Wasserfahrzeugen sowie der Herrichtung der Wasserfahrzeuge für
die Schifffahrt registriert sind.
Da die Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten an Wasserfahrzeugen ein weites
Feld der Dienstleistungen umfassen, ist eine einfache Klassifikation
nicht möglich. Gerade aus diesem Grund war es das Hauptziel dieser
Gruppe, einen Katalog des kroatischen nautischen Services - CROMS
auszuarbeiten. Der Katalog umfasst Informationen über das gesamte
Angebot aller Mitglieder, die den Nutzern und den Geschäftspartnern
auf Grund eines hohen Qualitätsniveaus der Dienstleistungen und internationaler
Normen eine außerordentlich konkurrenzfähige Leistung
bieten können.
Wir sind davon überzeugt, dass der Katalog dazu beitragen wird, Kroatien
als nautisches Land zu erkennen und die abrufbaren Informationen
die Auswahl des optimalen Geschäftsbetriebs vereinfachen werden.
Letztendlich wird die Zufriedenheit mit den erbrachten Dienstleistungen
dem nautischen Gast ein Grund mehr für jeden weiteren Aufenthalt in
kroatischen Gewässern sein.
