PRINCIPLE of Ionisation
• The device produces a great quantity of negative ions, which are more commonly known as anions. These electric
charges are symbolised by the negative sign ( -), because they bear a negative electrical charge.
• Volatile particles like pollen and dust which carry allergens have positive electrical charges.
• The laws of physics tell us that particles having a negative charge are attracted to positive charges.
• The negative ions will thus come together with positively charged particles and render them heavier and less volatile
• These particles fall to the floor and are thus much less easily inhaled.
• Daily cleaning of the floor makes it possible to reduce allergic reactions to a minimum.
SILENT IN OPERATION
The air purifier has a 3-speed motor which can be operated noiselessly. This option is interesting when you use your
device at night.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
Remove the filter cartridge located at the bottom of the air purifier and eliminate the dust from the Pre-filter. You can
then continue to use your device. You may (or may not) wish to wash the Pre-filter: the decision is yours.
SIMPLE TO OPERATE
Thanks to the remote controls, you can operate your air purifier easily. An LED display enables you to quickly verify which
operating mode the apparatus is in.
INSTALLATION OF THE AIR PURIFIER
• Before using the air purifier, remove the protective cover on the filter cartridge located at the bottom of the device.
• Connect the air purifier to 230V/50Hz electricity mains.
• When the device is connected, you will hear a brief ‘tick tock,’ indicating that it is drawing current, but the LED is not lit
and the device is not operating.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: follow these instructions to get the best results from your air purifier
• Place the air purifier more than 1.5 metres from a television or radio in order to avoid any interference.
• Leave a free space of at least 30 cm around each side of the purifier
• Do not place the air purifier opposite a fan in order not to disturb the normal ventilation of the air.
