1 Schwingungsfreier Anschluss-Stutzen

Der Filter kann unter fließendem Wasser gereinigt werden. 

Es muss kein neuer Filter nachgekauft werden. 

Filter der BIA C-Kategorie, < 0,2 µm, ZH1/407 

Unser Filter ist für Reinräume geeignet. 

Es kann auf die Abluft ins Freie verzichtet werden 

(kein Wärmeverlust). 

3 Pulverbeschichtetes Stahlgehäuse 

Der Zentralstaubsauger wird aus Stahl gefertigt, chromatiert 

und pulverbeschichtet. Alle Bauteile sind geerdet, 

sodass keine statische Auf ladung stattfindet. 

11 Klemmanschluss 

Die 12 V Steuerleitung wird ohne Werkzeug an den 

Klemmanschluss angeschlossen. 

12 Kohlestaubfilter 

Die Kühlluft der Motoren wird durch diesen Filter 

rückstandsfrei abgegeben. 

13 Spannverschluss 

Für einfaches Öffnen und Verschließen des 

Schmutzbehälters.

5 Selbstabschaltende Kohlebürsten 

Nach dem Verschleiß der Kohlebürsten schalten diese 

automatisch ab. Die Motoren werden nicht beschädigt. 

Nach Austausch der Kohle bürsten läuft der Zentralstaubsauger 

wieder viele Jahre.

6 Sanftanlauf der Motoren 

Der Sanftanlauf bewirkt, dass die Motoren nicht die volle 

Stromstärke auf einmal bekommen. Die Motoren werden 

langsam mit Strom versorgt. Ein geringerer Ver schleiß und 

geringere Vibra tionen beim Anlaufen sind die Folge. 

Nachlauf der Motoren 

Nach dem Abschalten laufen die Motoren noch ca. 2–3 

Sekunden nach. Der komplette Schmutz im Rohrsystem 

wird entfernt. Es bleibt kein Schmutz unterwegs liegen. 

7 Getrennte Motorluftkühlung 

Unabhängig von der Saugluft, wird eine gleichmäßige Kühlung 

der Motoren gewährleistet. Ein Überhitzen ist ausgeschlossen. 

Dies erhöht die Lebensdauer der Motoren.

8 Zyklonabscheider 

Durch den Zyklonabscheider wird die belastete Luft an 

die Außen wand des Gehäuses gedrückt. Der Schmutz 

wird abgeschieden und fällt in den luftberuhigten 

Schmutzbehälter.

9 Staubfreie Schmutzentleerung durch 

patentierten Staubbeutel 

Es ist das einzige System, das Sie vor dem Schmutz komplett 

bewahrt. Denn auch bei der Entsorgung des Schmutzes 

ist jetzt Schluss mit Staubwolken. Bevor Sie den 

Staub beutel aus dem Schmutzbehälter nehmen, wird dieser 

verschlossen. 

10 INTEGRIERTER ABLUFTSCHALLDÄMPFER 

Der neue Abluft-Schalldämpfer ist direkt ans Gehäuse 

montiert (nicht bei Modell Mini). Das Abluftgeräusch 

wird eliminiert. Die Abluft kann in engste Nischen geleitet 

werden ohne die Nachbarn zu stören.

Jeder Zentralstaubsauger wird einzeln fünf Prüfschritten unterzogen. Sind alle in 

Ordnung, wird der Zentral staubsauger freigegeben. Ein Prü f protokoll liegt jedem 

Zentralstaubsauger bei.

Once the carbon brushes are worn out they will switch-off 

automatically. Therefore the motors won‘t be damaged. 

Once they have been exchanged, the central vacuum 

cleaner will operate for years to come. 

6 soft start of the motors 

Gentle start-up ensures that the motors do not receive 

the full electric current all at once. The motors are gradually 

supplied with power. This causes less wear and tear 

lower vibration by starting-up the central vacuum cleaner. 

Motor overrun 

After shutting down the unit, the motors continue to 

run for about 2-3 seconds to remove all of the dirt throughout 

the pipe system. No dirt remains en route. 

7 Separate air cooling for motors 

Even cooling of the motors is ensured independently by 

the suction air. Overheating is prevented. This greatly 

increases motor‘s life cycle. 

8 Cyclone separator 

The polluted air is pushed to the outer wall of the housing 

by the cyclone separator. The dirt is separated and drops 

down to the hermetic dirt container. 

9 Dust-free dirt removal 

with patented dust bag 

This is the only system that completely protects you from 

dust and dirt. The dust bag is sealed before it is removed 

out of the dirt container to prevent clouds of dust. 


10 Integrated EXHAUST AIR SILENCER 

The new exhaust air silencer for exhaust air is mounted

directly to the housing (does not apply for model Mini). 

The exhaust air noises are eliminated and can be piped 

outside even into the smallest niches without disturbing 

the neighbors.

Clamped connection 

The 12 V control line can be easily connected to the 

clamped connection without the use of tools. 

3 Powder-coated steel housing, 

The central vacuum cleaner is made of steel, chromated 

and powder-coated. All components 

are grounded so that there is no static charge as with

POWER CONTROL 

3-Stufenschaltung der SaugleistunG 

Am Handgriff des Fernstartschlauches können Sie 

mit dem +/-Schalter die ge wünschte Sau g leistung 

einstellen. Sie haben die Möglich keit 30, 60 und 

100 % Leistung selbst zu wählen. 

Nach dem Ausschalten bei weniger als 100 %, läuft der 

VARIOVAC Zentralstaub sauger auto matisch für vier Sekunden 

auf 100 % Leis tung, um den Restschmutz aus dem Rohrsystem 

und dem Saug schlauch zu entfernen.

Wherever you are in your home, you can monitor all 

the current data of your VARIOVAC central vacuum 

cleaner on the VIP handle. 

Dirt container symbol 

This symbol on the VIP remote start hose handle lets 

you know when you need to empty the dirt container. 

You no longer have to run to the central vacuum cleaner 

to check inside the dirt container to see if it is full. 

Filter symbol 

This symbol will indicate when it is time to clean the 

filter. The filter may be rinsed out under running water.

These two symbols lit up at the same time indicate 

to exchange the carbon dust filter. 

Maintenance symbol 

If for instance the carbon brushes are worn out, the 

display shows that they need to be changed. Please 

let us know about this immediately. 

This allows us to allocate our service engineers 

efficiently so that you have no interruptions to the 

units operations. 

Power control 3-level 

operation of Vacuum power 

With the +/- switch on the VIP hose handle you can 

choose the power level. The power 

level options are 30, 60 and 100 %. 

After the central vacuum cleaner is shut off with less than 

100 % it still converts to 100 % for 4 seconds to remove all 

of the dirt and dust from vacuum hose and pipeline.

Mit unserem energy-save-Wärmerückgewinnungssystem 

lässt sich im Winter die durch einen Spezial-Aktivkohlefilter 

gereinigte Warmluft des Staubsaugers zum 

Heizen der Räume verwenden und hilft somit Heizkosten 

zu senken. Bei warmen Außentemperaturen wird 

die Wärme direkt ins Freie geleitet. Die Sommer-/Winterumstellung

Die saugende Schublade ist ein neues System, das den Hausbesitzern
