1. Wasser abschalten.
2. Stromversorgung unterbrechen.
3. Roten Spülstopfen entfernen.
4. Magnetventil einschrauben.
5. Elektronikeinheit am Stromnetz anschliessen.
6. Spülzeit über Einstellregler am Steuerteil einstellen.
(Linksanschlag Spülzeit ca. 1 s , Mittelstellung Spülzeit ca. 7 s,
Rechtsanschlag Spülzeit ca. 14 s).
7. Steckverbindungen zwischen Sensor am Siphon und
Steuerteil, sowie Ventil und Steuerteil herstellen.
8. Integriertes Absperrventil öffnen.
9. Urinalbecken montieren.
10. Wasserzuführung herstellen.
11. Stromversorgung wiederherstellen.
12. Nach Beendigung der vollautomatischen Kalibrierung ist die
Anlage sofort betreibsbereit. (siehe auch Inbetriebnahme).
1. Close the main stop-valve.
2. Switch-off the main fuse.
3. Remove the red flushing-plug.
4. Screw in the magnetic valve.
5. Connect the control unit to the power supply.
6. Adjust flushing time directly on the control unit.
(left stop position approx. 1 sec flushing time, middle position
approx. 7 sec. flushing time, left stop position approx. 14 sec
flushing time)
7. Connect the sensor at the siphon with the control unit as well
as the valve and the control unit.
8. Open the integrated stop-valve.
9. Mounting the urinal.
10. Open the main stop-valve.
11. Switch-on the main fuse.
12. After the automatic calibration, the system is usable
immediatly (quod vide preparing for operation).

Nach Beendigung der oben beschriebenen Installation führt der Sensor eine vollautomatische Kalibrierung durch, um die
Funktionalität an die jeweiligen Vor-Ort-Bedingungen optimal anzupassen.
Die Kalibrierung beginnt mit der Herstellung der Netzverbindung vollautomatisch.
Die Kalibrierung besteht aus 3 Spülungen und benötigt max. 50 s.
Anmerkung: Kommt es im laufenden Betrieb zu einer kurzzeitigen Unterbrechung der Netzspannung, erfolgt nach erneuten Anlegen
der Netzspannung eine Kalibrierung.
Erkennt der Sensor dabei einen noch gefüllten Siphon, so wird die Kalibrierung abgebrochen.
Der Sensor ist danach sofort wieder voll funktionsfähig.

Der Sensor führt im laufenden Betrieb ständig einen Selbsttest aus.
Wird bei diesem Selbsttest die volle Funktionalität festgestellt, zeigt dies der Sensor durch blinken der Anzeige LED an.
Bei Ausfall der Funktion Steuerteil oder des Sensors am Siphon ist die LED dunkel. Während des Öffnens des bistabilen
Ventils leuchtet die Anzeige ständig.
1. Normale Spülung: nach erfolgter Benutzung innerhalb von 10 s.
2. Zwangsspülung: erfolgt wenn 24 h keine Benutzung erfolgt.
3. Stadionbetrieb: bei ständiger Benutzung (5 Spülungen im Abstand von weniger als 30 sek.) erfolgen die Spülungen nicht
in Abhängigkeit der Benutzung, sondern in einem festen Abstand von 60 Sekunden.
4. Überlaufschutz: Bei Verstopfungen erfolgt keine Spülung. Nach Beseitigen der Verstopfung ist Sensor sofort betriebsbereit.
5. Sicherheitsabschaltung: Bei Stromausfall erfolgt ein sofortiges automatisches Schließen des Magnetventils.
The control unit permanently makes a self-test during the opperation.
If the self-tests declares full function, the control unit will show this with a flashing LED. If there is a breakdown of the control unit or
the sensor at the siphon, the LED does not flash. During the opening of the bistable valve the LED flashes permanently.
1. normal usage: flushing approx. 10 sec. after the end of use
2. automatic flushing: 24 hours after the last flushing
3. stadium operation: If the urinal is in use permanently (min. 5 flushings at an interval of less then 30 sec.), the flushing interval
will be fixed at 60 seconds.
4. overflow protection: If the piping system is clogged, there won‘t be a flushing. After eliminating the clog, the sensor is ready
for use immediatly.

Reinigungshinweis: Bei Verwendung von handelsüblichen flüssigen Reinigungsmitteln wird durch das Abfliessen des Reinigungsmittel
in den Siphon umgehend eine Spülung ausgelöst. Um ein sofortiges Wegspülen des Reinigungsmittels zu verhindern, empfehlen
wir die Anwendung von Reinigungsschaum.
cleaning advice: In case of use of conventional liquid detergents, a flushing will be activated immediatly, because the detergent
actuate the sensor in the siphon. To avoid a flushing away of the detergent, we recommend to use a cleaning foam.
