Availability of articles online<br />

From the Portal,<br />

this function allows you to control the availability of the articles in the warehouse before<br />

making an order. To discover the availability, enter the product code, better if followed by an<br />

asterisk (*): in this way the search will be extended to all the variants.<br />

By e-mail<br />

The same control of the articles is also available by e-mail.<br />

Entering purchases orders<br />

Different ways of entering orders<br />

Orders can be entered in two main ways, depending on the user’s needs.<br />

* Direct: entering from the Portal.<br />

* EDI: exchange of digital files between different applications.<br />

Online order status<br />

From the portal it is possible in a single page:<br />

* to keep trace of your orders in production/dispatch.<br />

* analyze further and check for delays or stoppages with one click.<br />

By e-mail<br />

The same order status control service is also available by e-mail.<br />

Monitoring and controlling the orders<br />

From the Portal, this function allows you to check:<br />

* Status of the orders: general status of the articles in production/dispatch.<br />

* Traceability: detailed search inside the status.<br />

* Document flow: link between Order, Waybill and Invoice and printout of the associated PDF.<br />

* Management of returns: display of the returns made with all the references.<br />

* EDI orders: history of orders transmitted by EDI.<br />

* Statistical analysis of the history of the material ordered/invoiced with comparisons up<br />

to three year on line.<br />

Support for users<br />

Collaboration-CHAT<br />

All the users connected to the portal can contact their <strong>Samo</strong> technical and sales contacts in<br />

CHAT mode, in real time.<br />

Remote support<br />

On the user’s request, our in-house technical service can connect directly to your computer<br />

and check the problem on-line, and dialogue in CHAT mode.<br />

Documents, Manuals and Download<br />

All the technical and sales information is available in the documents section.<br />
