Korrosionsgeschützte Unterkonstruktionssysteme für Decke und Wand 

Corrosion resistant sub-construction systems for ceilings and walls 

Damit Werte nicht baden gehen – die hochwertigen PROTEKTOR 

Metallunterkonstruktionen sind normgerecht gegen Korrosion geschützt. 

Für besondere Anforderungen, beispielsweise in Außenbereichen 

oder Schwimmhallen, bietet PROTEKTOR Profilsysteme inkl. 

Zubehör mit C3- oder C5-Beschichtung nach DIN EN ISO 12944 an. 

C3-Beschichtungen eignen sich z. B. für den Außenbereich, für Räume 

mit Außenluftzugang und selbst für Feucht- und Kühlräume. Die 

C5-beschichteten Produktsysteme bieten durch eine hochwertige 

Beschichtung zuverlässig Schutz bei sehr starken Korrosionsbelastungen, 

wie sie beispielsweise in Räumen mit sole-/chlorhaltiger 

Atmosphäre oder in Chemieanlagen auftreten. Die Systeme unterscheiden 

sich farblich, um bauseitig eine bessere Differenzierung 

zu ermöglichen und um Verwechslungen auszuschließen. Neben 

den korrosionsgeschützten PROTEKTOR Deckensystemen PD 300 

(C3) und PD 310 (C5) wurden auch zusätzlich die Wandsysteme 

PW 800 (C3) und PW 810 (C5) eingeführt.

C3 coatings are suitable for example for outdoor areas, for rooms 

with ventilation to the outside, and even for humid and cold stores. 

Products with a C5 high-quality coating offer reliable protection 

against severe corrosion such as occurs, for example, in areas 

where brine or chlorine is found in the atmosphere, or in chemical 

plants. The different types of products are colour-coded to make it 

easy to distinguish them on-site and to prevent any confusion. Besides 

the existing PROTEKTOR PD 300 (C3) and PD 310 (C5) ceiling 

systems with corrosion protection, we have now also introduced 

the PW 800 (C3) and PW 810 (C5) wall systems.

WHAT‘S NEW FOR 2013 

Balkennivellierwinkel (BNW)-Adapter 5575 – Energie unter Dach und Fach 

Beam levelling profile (BNW)-Adapter 5575 – stop your energy escaping through the roof 

Alte, unebene Deckenbalken oder Dachsparren werden mithilfe des 

Profils in eine fluchtgerechte Konstruktionsebene für weitere Baumaßnahmen 

verwandelt. Gleichzeitig lässt sich durch den Einsatz 

von Balkennivellierwinkelprofilen mehr Raum für den Dämmstoffeinbau 

schaffen – besonders zur Erfüllung der EnEV-Anforderungen ein 

sehr wichtiger Aspekt. Der BNW-Adapter ist mit beiden Varianten von 

Balkennivellierwinkelprofilen kombinierbar und erlaubt in Kombination 

mit den Profilen bis zu 140 mm Aufbauhöhe zuzüglich Balken-/ 

Sparrenhöhe. Damit lassen sich größere Dämmstoffdicken für mehr 

Energieeffizienz verarbeiten. 

Old, uneven ceiling beams or rafters can be converted into flush 

construction levels by using the beam levelling profile for additional 

construction measures. At the same time, by using these profiles 

you can create extra space for insulation materials – especially 

important for compliance with the Energy Conservation Regulation 

(EnEV) requirements. The BNW-Adapter can be combined with 

either type of beam levelling profile, and in conjunction with the 

profiles, allows up to 140 mm mounted height in addition to the 

height of the beam/rafter. This allows installation of a thicker 

insulation material, which in turn means greater energy efficiency.

the new straight connector for C-ceiling profiles. Our new bending 

technology production process eliminates waste from stamping, 

making it less resource-hungry and more ergonomic. Low weight 

combined with high stability provides „feathery” handling.

In der Sanierung, aber häufig auch bei Neubauten, ist es notwendig, 

sich von den Befestigungsmöglichkeiten an der Rohdecke 

oder von bestehenden Dach- oder Deckenkonstruktionen zu lösen. 

Die Gründe: 

■ eine nicht weiter belastbare Primärkonstruktion 

■ schallschutztechnische Anforderungen, die eine Trennung 

von Bauteilen notwendig machen 

■ zu große Abstände zwischen tragenden Bauteilen, um herkömmliche

This makes them the obvious choice for installers and constructors

sich hier um das erste System, das mittels Verbinder eine DIN-konforme 

zwängungsfreie Montage sicherstellt. Eine weitere Stärke liegt 

in der stufenlosen Justierbarkeit in der Breite. Verschiedene Breiten 

können mit nur zwei Profilen, dem System-und Lüftungswinkel, erreicht 

werden. Die Winkel werden einfach durch Vernieten, ohne 

Vorbohren, verbunden. Der Verbinder verhindert ein Verziehen der 

Unterkonstruktion und schließt Schadensfälle aus.

The new PLS for ventilated facades with rear ventilation is exceptionally 

easy to work with and offers long-lasting quality. This is the 

first system to use a connector to provide a DIN-standard tension 

free mounting. A further strong point is the ability to adjust to any 

width. Different widths can be achieved using just two profiles, the 

system and ventilation brackets. The brackets are simply joined 

by rivets, without the need for drilling. The connector prevents the 

substructure from becoming distorted and avoids damage.
