Grilling tips<br />
NOTE: Grilling periods and temperature settings depend heavily on the thickness of the food and<br />
especially on your own preferences.<br />
• Season the meat before grilling, salt it afterwards, otherwise, too much juice will be lost.<br />
• Sausages are slit before grilling so that they will not burst.<br />
• For being prepared on the open grill, meat should be cut in even slices with a thickness of 2-3 cm.<br />
• Meat tastes especially good if it is marinated for some time before being grilled.<br />
• If possible, the food should be taken out of the refrigerator 1/2 hour in advance. Then, it will be grilled<br />
more quickly and evenly.<br />
• Frozen food should be completely defrosted before grilling.<br />
• Choose the side dishes according to your personal taste and let your imagination run free. Delicate<br />
sauces, herbed butter, fried vegetables, fresh salads, potatoes en papillote and garlic bread taste<br />
especially good with barbecued food.<br />
