Systemkomponenten
Auf der PlugBox befinden sich
die Steckverbinder für den Busund
Poweranschluss.
Die Backplane übernimmt
neben der Funktion als Montageplatte
auch die Funktion
als Kontaktierungseinheit. Die
einzelnen Module greifen
Daten und Energie parallel ab,
so dass keine gegenseitige
Abhängigkeit bei der
Kontaktierung besteht.
Der BusHead ist das zentrale
Element des e2c 67-Systems, er
ist das Bindeglied zwischen
den busneutralen I/O-
Modulen und dem entsprechenden
Feldbus. Über die serielle
Serviceschnittstelle auf
dem BusHead kann eine e2c-
Station mit der kostenlosen
Lumberg Automation CoDi-
Software (Konfigurationsund
Diagnosesoftware) konfiguriert
und diagnostiziert
werden.
Die konsequente modulare
Inbetriebnahme bestätigt sich
auch in der Möglichkeit, ohne
Busankopplung einen kompletten
Peripheriecheck durchzuführen.
Hierbei können Einund
Ausgangsstatus beobachtet
und einzelne Ausgänge
gesetzt werden.

The connectors for the bus and
power connection are on the
PlugBox.
In addition to its function as a
mounting plate, the Backplane
also functions as the
contacting unit. The individual
modules access data and energy

mutual contacting dependency.
The BusHead is the central
element in the e2c 67 system
and is the link between the
bus-neutral I/O modules and
the corresponding field bus. By
using the free Lumberg
Automation CoDi (configuration
and diagnostic) software,
an e2c station can be
configured and diagnosed via
the serial service interface on
the BusHead.
The consistent modular commissioning
is also confirmed by
the possibility of carrying out a
complete periphery check
without a bus coupling. In
doing this, the input and output
status can be monitored
and individual outputs set.
