Unternehmen
Die EXCEL Group hat seit der Gründung
1980 als weltweit agierendes Unternehmen,
zusätzlich zu Ihrem Kerngebiet des
Stahlbaus auch Projekte in den Bereichen
Öl und Gastechnik, in der Luftfahrtindustrie
sowie Entsorgungstechnik realisiert.
Der wohlverdiente Ruf der Firma mit
Hauptsitz in den Emiraten beruft sich an

The EXCEL Group is a worldwide working
company, since the foundation in 1980.
In addition to their specialty, steel building,
the EXCEL Group also puts projects into
practice in the oil and gas technique, in the
aviation technique and the disposal of wastes
technique.
The well earned reputation of the company
with head office in the Emirates is a result of
their high quality work that accords to money

Ground Support Equipment Supplier bei
„Emirates“ und damit auch zuständig für die
Beschaffung von Dockanlagen und
sonstigen Zugangslösungen.
EXCEL Industries hat bereits mehrere
Dockanlagen-Projekte für „Emirates“
realisiert, auch bisher mit Hilfe von der
Günzburger Steigtechnik, welche in der
Region Middle East von EXCEL vertreten
wird. Nicht umsonst arbeitet man seit mehr
als 15 Jahren mit Emirates zusammen.
Auch zählen sämtliche Fluggesellschaften
wie Emirates, Etihad, und Air Arabia auf die

support equipment supplier at „Emirates”.
This area of responsibility comprises of
providing for the docking stations and other
access possibilities.
EXCEL Industries has already put many
projects into practice for „Emirates“, together
with the help of Günzburger Steigtechnik,
which is represented by EXCEL in the region
middle east. Not for nothing are they working
together with Emirates for more than 15 years
now.

Seit dem Eintritt in den Entsorgungsbereich
hat EXCEL bereits eine Vielzahl von
Aufträgen für Partnerunternehmen aus
Europa vor Ort realisieren können.
Besonders die Erfahrung in der Umsetzung
der Kundenanforderungen, sowie die
Möglichkeit einen After Sales Service vor Ort
ohne Zeitverzögerung durchführen zu
können, macht EXCEL zu einem
kompetenten Partner.
Auch wird das Angebotsspektrum, durch den
engen Kontakt zu den europäischen
Partnerfirmen, stätig erweitert. Darüber

EXCEL Scaffolding
Excel ist eines der führenden Unternehmen
in der Fertigungsindustrie der Gerüstbaubranche
in den Vereinigten Arabischen
Emiraten. Darüber hinaus bedient man(wir)
auch die Kundschaft mit Zubehörteilen der
neusten Technologien aus dem Gerüstbaubereich.
Da die Produkte von uns selbst Hergestellt
werden, können diese auch allen Größen
und Formen der Schalungs – und
Gerüstbaubranche, wie z.B. in der
Gebäude- und Bauindustrie, Schiffsbau,
Offshore-Konstruktionen und industriellen
Instandhaltung, angepasst und verwendet
werden.
Um sämtliche Aufträge aus verschiedenen
Branchen annehmen zu können, besitzen
wir über 92.000 Quadratmeter an
Produktionsfläche, welche mit allen
notwendigen Geräten und Maschinen
ausgestattet ist. Diese Gegebenheiten
lassen zu, dass wir aktuell eine Auslastung
von ca. 6.000 Tonnen im Monat an
Stahlkomponenten für die Gerüstbauinstustrie
erreichen.
Das Werk in Ajman, welches sich auf die
Rohrherstellung konzentriert, ist darauf
ausgerichtet 42.000 Tonnen an Rohren zu
produzieren, größtenteils werden dort
Rundhohlprofile, Quadrathohlprofile und
Rechteckhohlprofile nach BS 1387 und
ASTM A53 Standard produziert.
In the United Arab Emirates the company
EXCEL is one of the leading companies in
the production in the scaffolding industry. In
addition customers are supplied with the
latest equipment of the latest technology of
the scaffolding industry.
Because we are able to produce our
products for ourselves, we are able to form
them in every size and shape of the
formwork systems- and scaffolding industry
e.g. in the building- and construction
industry, shipbuilding, offshoreconstructions
and industrial maintenance.
To be able to take over many orders from
different industries, we own over 92.000
square meters of production area, which is
equipped with the necessary tools and
machines. These circumstances arrange
for a current workload of about 6.000 tons
per month of steel components for the
scaffolding industry.
The factory in Ajma, which is concentrating
on the production of pipes, is able to
produce 42.000 tons of pipes; normally they
produce circular hollow sections, square
hollow sections and rectangular hollow
sections after BS 1387 and ASTM A53
standard.
