Der mobile <strong>Manipulator</strong> <strong>MM</strong>-500 vereint die Basisplattform MP-500 und<br />
einen Leichtbauarm von Universal Robots oder Schunk zu einem voll<br />
industrietauglichen Robotersystem.<br />
Besonders geeignet ist der <strong>MM</strong>-500 für die Automatisierung industrieller<br />
Transportaufgaben und zur Handhabung kleinerer Teile. So kann er zum<br />
Beispiel zum vollautomatischen Beschicken von Maschinen, zur<br />
Vorkommissionierung oder generell zum Transportieren von Bauteilen mit<br />
selbstständigem Be- und Entladen eingesetzt werden.<br />
Die Steuerung der Plattform mit Lokalisierung, Planung und Bahninterpolation<br />
beruht auf der bewährten Software PlatformCtrl von <strong>Neobotix</strong>. Der Universal<br />
Robots Arm kann mit der Originalsoftware und dem Handbediengerät von<br />
Universal Robots programmiert und vom Bordrechner gesteuert werden. Der<br />
Leichtbauarm von Schunk kann per ArmCtrl nahtlos integriert und gesteuert<br />
werden.<br />

The mobile manipulator <strong>MM</strong>-500 is based on the MP-500 but has a lightweight<br />
robot arm from Universal Robots or Schunk integrated into the basic<br />
platform. This extremely versatile robots system is ready for full industrial use.<br />
The <strong>MM</strong>-500 is especially useful for automation of industrial transportation<br />
applications and for handling smaller parts. Possible applications are fully<br />
autonomous feeding of machines, picking parts from the storage and general<br />
transport of parts with autonomous loading.<br />
The platform's control software includes localisation, planning and path<br />
interpolation and is based on <strong>Neobotix</strong>' approved software PlatformCtrl. The<br />
Universal Robots arm can be controlled with the original control software and<br />
the manual control unit from Universal Robots. Control by the on-board<br />
computer is also possible. When the Schunk light weight arm is used it can be<br />
seamlessly controlled by ArmCtrl.<br />
