Der Inotec GIRoMAtIc IG 5 ist einzigartig und kann
Kaliber zwischen 20 mm und 75 mm herstellen. Alle
Produktarten können in sämtlichen Darmmaterialien
(natur-, collagen- und Kunstdarm) abgebunden
werden. Die Wicklungsanzahl der Abbindstellen
ist programmierbar. länge der Abbindungen und
fadenspannung über die Produktlänge sind einstellbar.
Hängeschlaufen können nach jeder beliebigen
Portion gesetzt werden.
Sämtliche füllmaschinentypen – mit oder ohne
automatischer Gewichtsportionierung – können mit
dem Inotec GIRoMAtIc IG 5 verbunden werden.
WIRtScHAftlIcH:
Die hohe leistung von ca. 900 kg pro Stunde (produkt-,
füller- und bedienerabhängig) ermöglicht
die Kapazität der füllmaschinen bestens zu nutzen
und ergibt einen wirtschaftlichen einsatz. Beim
präzisen und druckvollen Abbinden wird das füllgut
komplett aus der trennstelle gedrückt. füllgutreste
in der Bindestelle sind ausgeschlossen und die
Produktportion ist hygienischer.
Die Schlaufen werden aus dem Abbindfaden
automatisch miterzeugt und somit entfällt das
Zukaufen von Schlaufenmaterial. Die Ausgaben für
die Separierung der Portionen werden beträchtlich
reduziert.
BeDIeneRfReunDlIcH:
ein übersichtliches, fotounterstütztes, intuitiv
zu bedienendes touch Screen Panel führt zum
gewünschten Produkt. ein schwenkbares füllrohr
erleichtert das Aufziehen der Därme. ein optionales
automatisches Darmaufziehgerät sowie ein gut
zugänglicher Behälter für naturdarm machen die
Handhabung einfach und effektiv. Die großen
Inotec Bindfadenrollen reduzieren Wechselvorgänge
und mit wenigen Handgriffen ist die Bindfadenrolle
gewechselt.

the Inotec GIRoMAtIc IG 5 is unique and handles
calibres between 20 mm and 75 mm. All types
of products in all casings (natural, collagen and
artificial) can be tied. the quantity of the windings
at the separations is programmable. length of
the tyings and the tension of the thread over the
product length are adjustable. Hanging loops can
be programmed at each position.
All filling machine types – with or without automatic
weight portioning – can be linked with the Inotec
GIRoMAtIc IG 5.
econoMIcAl:
A high performance of approx. 900 kg per hour
(depending on the product, the filling machine
and the operator) allows the use the of the filling
machine’s full capacity which results in an economical
operation.
Precise and strong tying presses the filled product
completely out of the separation. no product
remains in the separation between two portions, so
the product hygiene is improved.
Hanging loops are made out of the the same tying
thread automatically. no purchase of loop materials
is needed anymore and expenses for the portion
separation are reduced considerably.

touch screen panel leads to the desired product.
A swivable filling pipe simplifies the loading of
casings.
An automatic casing loader and an easy accessible
storage tank for natural casings are available as

Wir leben in einer Zeit, in der sich der Mensch
wieder auf traditionelle Werte zurückbesinnt. eine
mit naturbindfaden abgebundene Wurst vereinigt
Produktsicherheit und traditionelles erscheinungsbild.
Sicher ist das abgebundene Produkt weil kein Metall
oder Plastik beim Separieren der Portionen verwendet
wird. Der naturbindfaden verleiht dem Produkt
ein handwerklich gefertigtes Aussehen.
Der Inotec GIRoMAtIc IG 5 ist ein Hochleistungs-
Bindeautomat welcher sämtliche Wurstsorten in
natur-, collagen und Kunstdärmen mit naturbindefäden
abbindet.
Zwei Basistypen ergeben sich für die Abbindungen:
Die Abbindung mit Abstand zwischen den
Produkten und die Abbindung ohne Abstand zwischen
den Produkten. In beiden fällen werden
die Zwischenabstände ohne füllgut hergestellt.
Die länge der Abbindungen ist regelbar zwischen
2 und 60 mm. Der Bindfaden der über die länge
der Wurst geht wird automatisch an die Darmform
angepaßt. Die GIRoMAtIc IG 5 unterstützt auf
diese Weise das traditionelle Aussehen der Wurst.
Aufhängeschlaufen mit Doppelabstand können per
Programmabruf leicht hergestellt werden.
nach der trocknung und Reifung können die
abgebundenen Produktketten vor dem Verpacken
mit Inotec Wt Wursttrennmaschinen vereinzelt
und mit kundenspezifischen lösungen der
Verpackungsmaschine zugeführt werden.

the Inotec GIRoMAtIc IG 5 is an automatic high
speed tying machine that handles all types of
sausage products in natural, collagen and artificial
casings, by tying them with a natural thread.
the two basic types of the tied separations are:
tying with a distance between the products and
tying without a distance between the products.
In both cases no stuffed product remains in the
separation. the length of the tyings is adjustable
between 2 and 60 mm. the length of the thread
covering the sausage length is adjustable and is
automatically adapted to the shape of the casing.
the GIRoMAtIc IG 5 supports the traditional aspect
of the sausage product.
Hanging loops with double distance can be created
easily by selection on the touch Screen panel.
After the drying process the tied product chains can
be separated by Inotec Wt cutting machines and
conveyed to the packaging equipment by customer
specific designed solutions.
