1995 | Quantal S.A. - a pioneer company regarding the
development of industrial applications with laser technology in
Portugal. Specialized in prototypes and automobile industry.
The Quantal S.A. company starts exporting to Spain in large scale,
thus conquering that market.
1997 | The factory increases from 450m² to 900m².
1999 | The factory increases from 900m² to 1350m².
2001 | Formstampa, company specialized in construction, security
doors and finishing. Currently a reference on the national market
and focusing especially on the African market.
The factory increases from 1350m² to 1800m².
2002 | Quantal SA, conquers the French market.
2003 | The factory increases from 1800m² to 2400m².
2004 | The factory increases from 2400m² to 3000m².
2005 | Quantal SA starts exporting to Germany.
2006 | Traed, company dedicated to the selection, treatment and
commerce of recyclable material.
2007 | Espam, company specialized in metallic stamping, with
85% of its production directed to the automobile sector.
Quantal SA starts exporting to Switzerland.
Inauguration of the groups’ new facilities, in Rio Mau, Vila do
Conde, next to the EN206, increasing from 3000m² to 6000m².
2008 | Nitrox, company that acts in the industrial and medicinal
gases, supplying on-site production systems and under pressure
gases.
2009| Formstampa conquers the African market - Senegal.
2011 | Growstamp, company dedicated to the production of agricultural
and industrial production, operating mainly in the national
market.
2012 | The group undertakes a new marketing strategy and
changes its name to “Quantal Group”.

2005 | Quantal SA startet den Export nach Deutschland.
2006 | Traed, ein Unternehmen das sich der Selektion, Verarbeitung
und dem Vertrieb von wiederverwertbaren Stoffen widmet.
2007 | Espam, ein Unternehmen auf Metalldruck spezialisiert, 85%
auf die Automobielindustrie ausgerichtet.
2007 | Quantal SA startet den Export in die Schweiz.
Einweihung des neuen Industrieareals bei Rio Mau, Vila do Conde,
nah bei der EN206 Strasse. Die Fläche wächst von 3000m² auf
6000m².
2008 | Nitrox, ein Unternehmen das auf dem Markt der Industrieund
Medizingase tätig ist, Produktionssysteme „am Platz“ und
Druckgase bietet.
2009| Formstampa erobert den afrikanischen Markt - Senegal.
2011 | Growstamp, ein Unternehmen das landwirtschaftliche und
industrielle Anlagen produziert und vorwiegend im nationalen
Markt tätig ist.
2012 | Die Gruppe startet eine neue Marketingstrategie und heisst
von nun an “Quantal Group”.

Quantal Group closed 2012 with a sales volume of
more than €17 million, with exports accounting for
around 66% of that value.
The strategy in 2013 is to continue the focus on
making products with high added value, where the
state of the art technology and expertise outweigh
the raw material (simple products).
This commitment reflects especially in stronger
relationships and products of greater complexity
and quality to our customers.
Over the past two years it has made an investment
of € 2.8 million in high-tech equipment in order to
improve the response time to our customers and to
the higher demand.
The main export markets in 2012 were
Switzerland, Germany, France - (26%), Spain (28%)
and West Africa (11%). The remaining percentage
corresponds to other countries of the European
Union and South Africa (2%), and Portuguese domestic
market (33%).
Die Gruppe Quantal schloss das Jahr 2012 mit
einem Umsatz von mehr als €17 Million. Der Exportanteil
betrug 66% des Betrages.
Die Strategie für 2013 ist, sich weiterhin auf die
Herstellung der Produkte zu konzentrieren mit
zusätzlichen hohen Werten, in der der Zustand
der Kunst-Technologie und das Fachwissen das
Rohmaterial überwiegen (einfaches Produkt).
Dieser Einsatz spiegelt sich besonders in den engeren
Kundenbeziehungen wieder und in den Produkten,
die eine grössere Komplexität und Qualität
für unsere Kunden aufweisen.
In den vergangenen zwei Jahren wurden € 2.8
Million in Hightech-Ausrüstung investiert, um die
Beantwortungszeit unserer Kunden und die Nachfrage
zu verbessern.
Die Hauptexportmärkte im Jahre 2012 waren
die Schweiz, Deutschland, Frankreich - (26%),
Spanien (28%) und West-Afrika (11%). Die übrigen
Prozente beziehen sich auf andere Länder der
Europäischen Union und Südafrika (2%), und auf
den portugiesischen Inlandsmarkt (33%).

Founded in 1995, this company was the first of the
group and the pioneer in the development of laser
technology for industrial applications.
With a sales volume of around € 12 million, Quantal
export to: Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain,
England, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the
Netherlands.
Today, with a total of 6,000 sqm and 120 staff
members, it focuses on complex metal projects
and products using state of the art technology. We
work in three shifts, seven days a week, to respond
effectively and efficiently to our customers.
Die Firma wurde im Jahre 1995 gegründet und
war die erste der Gruppe und der Pionier in der
Entwicklung der Laser-Technik für industrielle
Anwendungen.
Mit einem Umsatz von € 12 Million ist Quantal in
folgenden Ländern vertreten: Schweiz, Deustchland,
Frankreich, Spanien, England, Schweden,
Norwegen, Dänemark und Holland.
Heute liegt die Firma auf einem Gelände von 6,000
qm und beschäftigt 120 Mirabeiter.
Die Konzentration liegt auf der Komplexität der
Eisen-Projekte und auf die Produkte, die Spitzentechnik
benutzen. Wir arbeiten in drei Schichten,
sieben Tage in der Woche, um den Kunden effektiv
und einwandfrei antworten zu können.
