Historisches Gebäude sucht neue Nutzung
Das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäude liegt im Ortsteil
Moers-Utfort an einer Hauptzufahrt zur Innenstadt, die in
wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht ist. Das Gebäude wurde 1912
errichtet und zeigt die harmonische, anspruchsvolle Innenarchitektur
der damaligen Zeit.

The building enjoys the protection of historical monuments
and lies in the Moers-Utfort area at a main access road to the
city center, which can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
The building was built in 1912 and is an example of the harmonious
and sophisticated interior design of the time.

Die REG mbH hat das ehemalige „DESOWAG Gelände“ erworben.
Hierbei handelt es sich um ca. 42.664 m² Fläche, die
sich in 1.368 m² Bürogebäude, 12.815 m² Hallenbereiche und
29.165 m² Außenfläche aufteilen. Auf dem Grundstück befindet
sich ein Gleisanschluss. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Autobahn
A 57 gewährleistet die Anbindung an das Rheinland, das Ruhrgebiet
aber auch an die Niederlande.

The company REG mbH has bought the former “DESOWAG
grounds”, which are comprised of about 42,664 m² of space,
divided into 1,368 m² of office buildings, 12,815 m² of hall areas
