Sofern Slide-Ligaturen* mit Logic Line-Brackets zur
Anwendung kommen, werden diese mit der labialen Seite
verbunden und aufgrund des Bracketdesigns dort sicher in
Position gehalten.
Die friktionsarmen Slide-Ligaturen* können in zwei einfachen Schritten leicht an
den neuen Logic Line-Brackets fixiert werden:
1 | Hängen Sie die Slide-Ligatur*
nach Einbringen des Bogens in den Slot
in die oberen Flügel ein.
2 | Ziehen Sie anschließend das andere Ende der Ligatur über die unteren
Flügel und hängen Sie die Ligatur dort ein. Dieser Arbeitsschritt kann ohne
die Hilfe eines speziellen Instruments erfolgen.
Logic Line-Brackets können aufgrund ihrer großen
mesio-distalen Dimension sowie des Twin Tie-Wing-Designs
mit konventionellen Ligaturen eingesetzt werden – für
eine maximale biomechanische Kontrolle je nach Phase
der Behandlung. Für Anwender, welche eine bestmögliche
Verankerung sowie Biomechanik wünschen, sind
weitere Ausführungen erhältlich. Ab sofort ist es möglich,
in bestimmten Bereichen von Ober- und Unterkiefer bzw.
unabhängig voneinander in beiden Kiefern je nach Bedarf
sowohl niedrige als auch höhere Friktionen einzusetzen.
