Welche Endgeräte und Betriebssysteme sind kompatibel
Datenkarte-Produkte funktionieren prinzipiell mit allen Geräten und Betriebssystemen, sofern diese
für den Betrieb einer SIM-Karte bzw. einem Mobilfunknetz vorgesehen sind.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Ihr Gerät mit den Mobilfunkstandards im jeweiligen Land kompatibel ist.
Wie aktiviere ich meine SIM-Karte
Ihre SIM-Karte kann ohne Aktivierung sofort verwendet werden.

Partnernetz einwählen. Wir empfehlen dennoch, die Betreiberauswahl regelmäßig zu prüfen. Eine

Kann ich mit der Datenkarte.business SMS versenden oder empfangen
Nein, das ist derzeit nicht möglich.
Können mit Datenkarte-Produkten auch Telefongespräche geführt werden
Nein, für den Aufbau von Sprachtelefonie-Verbindungen können Datenkarte-Produkte derzeit nicht
genutzt werden. Internet-Telefonie (z. B. Skype) ist aber möglich.

Data card products can be used in almost all countries around the world. A detailed list can be

Which devices and operating systems are compatible
Data card products generally work with all devices and operating systems, provided they are
intended for the operation of a SIM card or a mobile network. Please ensure that your device is
compatible with the mobile phone standards in the respective country.
How do I activate my SIM card
Your SIM card can be used immediately without activation.
How do I access the datamobile hotline from abroad
Just select the support hotline’s phone number listed on www.datamobile.ag.
What should I do if I lose my SIM card
Please contact the hotline of datamobile AG immediately and get the SIM card blocked to avoid
misuse.
In which network should I register
In principle, your device with the data card.business should automatically dial the best partner
network for you. However, we recommend that you check the operator selection regularly.

Can I use the data card.business to send or receive SMS
No, this is currently not possible.
Can phone calls be made with data card products
No, data card products cannot be used currently for voice telephony. However, Internet telephony
(e.g. Skype) is possible.

QUICKSTART GUIDE
1. Datenkarte-Startpaket erwerben
2. SIM-Karte vorsichtig aus der Scheckkarte
entnehmen und gemäß Anleitung des
Geräteherstellers in Ihr mobiles Endgerät
einlegen.
3. Auf der Rückseite der Scheckkarte befinden
sich PIN-, PUK- und PUK2-Codes, die Sie zum
Verwenden bzw. Freischalten der Simkarte nach
einer Sperre brauchen. Bewahren Sie diese
Codes daher sicher auf!
4. Internetverbindung gemäß Anleitung Ihres
Software- oder Geräteherstellers konfigurieren,
beim Verbindungsaufbau gegebenfalls
PIN-Code eingeben.
5. Nach Lust und Laune surfen!
1. Purchase the data card start package
2. Carefully take out the SIM card from the chequecard
and insert it into your mobile device as per
the manufacturer‘s instructions.
3. The PIN, PUK and PUK2 codes, which you need
to use the simcard or to unlock the simcard after
blocking, can be found on the back of the check
card. So please keep these codes carefully!
4. Configure the Internet connection according to
the instructions of your software or device
manufacturer; enter the PIN code if necessary
while connecting.
5. Surf as and when you like!
