Unsere vollautomatischen Bandmesser-Spaltmaschinen
kommen dort zum Einsatz, wo Blöcke und Platten aus Verbundschaum,
halbharten PU-Schäumen, Polyester, PU-
Weichschäumen und ähnlichen Materialien effizient und
wirtschaftlich in dünne Schichten gespalten werden sollen.
Abhängig von den zu spaltenden Materialqualitäten und
Raumgewichten sind die Maschinen mit unterschiedlichen
Schneidaggregaten und, je nach Kapazitätsbedarf, mit unterschiedlichen
Tisch- bzw. Transportbandlängen ausgestattet.
Maschinenprogramm im Überblick
Unsere vollautomatischen Bandmessermesser-
Spaltmaschinen werden in 3 Typen unterteilt:
■ H 24 E
■ H 31/ H 32
Die Spaltmaschine H 24 E wird zum Spalten von Verbundschäumen
mit sehr hohen Raumgewichten und halbharten
PU-Schäumen eingesetzt.
Die Spaltmaschinen des Typs H 31/ H 32 werden zum Spalten
der gängigen Verbundschaum- und PU-Weichschaumqualitäten
eingesetzt.
Alle Spaltmaschinen stehen in verschiedenen Arbeitsbreiten,
Schneidhöhen und Tisch- bzw. Transportbandlängen zur
Verfügung.
Um einen vollautomatischen Arbeitsablauf zu ermöglichen,
können die Spaltmaschinen um die automatische Abstapeleinrichtung
A 6 erweitert werden.
Fully Automatic Bandknife
Splitting Machines
Our fully automatic bandknife splitting machines are used to
split blocks and slabs made of rebond foam, semi-rigid
PU foams, polyester, flexible PU foams and similar materials
efficiently and economically into thin sheets.
Depending on the different foam qualities and densities to
be cut, the machines are equipped with different cutting
units and, depending on the required production capacities,
with various lengths of tables or of conveyor belts.
Product line overview
Our fully automatic bandknife splitting machines
are available in 3 different types:
■ H 24 E
■ H 31/ H 32
The splitting machine H 24 E is used to split rebond foams
with very high densities and semi-rigid PU foams.
The splitting machines H 31/ H 32 are used for splitting all
current rebond foams and flexible PU foams.
For all splitting machines we offer a variety of executions
concerning working width, cutting height and table or conveyor
belt length.
In order to allow for a fully automatic work flow, the splitting
machines can be extended with the automatic stacking
device A 6.

Bandmesser-Spaltmaschine H 24 E
■ So funktioniert’s
■ Die Maschine verfügt über ein stationäres Schneidaggregat
und einen Schiebetisch, auf dem das zu
spaltende Material aufgelegt wird.
■ Der Schiebetisch ist mit einem adhäsiven Korundbelag
versehen, um ein Rutschen der Blöcke beim Spaltvorgang
zu verhindern.
■ Die H 24 E arbeitet im Reversierbetrieb.
■ Während des automatischen Tischvorschubs schneidet
das umlaufende Bandmesser die gewünschte Schichtstärke
von dem/den zu spaltenden Block/Blöcken ab.
■ Eine motorisch angetriebene Druckwalze fixiert den
Block, das integrierte Luftdüsensystem der Druckwalze
verhindert ein Anhaften der geschnittenen Schichten.
■ Die abgespaltenen Schichten werden nach dem Spalten
direkt abgenommen. Anschließend wird das Schneidaggregat
ein wenig angehoben, damit der Schiebetisch
mit dem darauf liegenden Restblock sicher zurückfahren
kann.

Bandknife Splitting Machine H 24 E
■ The splitting machine is equipped with a stationary
cutting unit and a sliding table the material to be split
is placed on.
■ To avoid slipping of the blocks the sliding table is
covered with adhesive special corundum paint.
■ The H 24 E works in forward and reverse motion.
■ During the automatic feed of the table the continuous
bandknife splits the requested layer thickness off the
block(s).
■ A motorized pressure roller fixes the block, the integrated
air-jet system prevents the split layers from sticking to
the roller.
■ The cut layers are directly taken away after splitting.
Afterwards, the cutting unit is slightly lifted in order to
allow for a safe reverse run of the sliding table with the
remaining block upon.

Bandmesser-Spaltmaschine H 31
■ Die Spaltmaschine verfügt über ein stationäres Schneidaggregat
und einen Schiebetisch (H 31) bzw. ein Transportband
(H 32), auf dem das zu spaltende Material
aufgelegt wird.
■ Um ein Rutschen der Blöcke beim Spaltvorgang zu verhindern,
sind Schiebetisch bzw. Transportband adhäsiv.
■ H 31 und H 32 arbeiten im Reversierbetrieb.
■ Während der automatischen Vorschubbewegung schneidet
das umlaufende Bandmesser die gewünschte Schichtstärke
von dem/den zu spaltenden Block/Blöcken ab.
■ H 32: Die Schnittlängensteuerung erfolgt über Licht-
schranken.
■ Eine Druckwalze fixiert den Block von oben.
■ Die abgespaltenen Schichten werden nach dem Spalten
direkt abgenommen oder aufgewickelt (Option H 32:
Aufwickeleinrichtung A 1). Anschließend wird das
Schneidaggregat ein wenig angehoben, damit der
Schiebetisch (H 31) bzw. das Transportband (H 32) mit
dem darauf liegenden Restblock sicher zurückfahren
kann.

Bandknife Splitting Machine H 31
■ The splitting machine is equipped with a stationary
cutting unit and a sliding table (H 31) resp. a conveyor
belt (H 32) the material to be split is placed on.
■ To avoid slipping of the blocks the sliding table resp.
the conveyor belt is covered with adhesive special
corundum paint.
■ H 31 and H 32 work in forward and reverse motion.
■ During automatic feeding the continuous bandknife
splits the requested layer thickness off the block(s).
■ H 32: The control of the cutting lengths is realized via
light barriers.
■ A pressure roller fixes the block from above.
■ The cut layers are directly taken away or wound-up
(option H 32: wind-up device A 1) after splitting.
Afterwards, the cutting unit is slightly lifted in order to
allow for a safe reverse run of the sliding table (H 31)
resp. the conveyor belt (H 32) with the remaining block
upon.

Automatische Abstapeleinrichtung

■ So funktioniert’s
■ Die auf den Bandmesser-Spaltmaschinen abgespaltenen
Schichten werden automatisch auf einem synchron laufenden
Abnahmeband abtransportiert.
■ Anschließend werden die Schichten auf einer Palette
abgelegt. Mittels einer Hubeinrichtung wird die Palette
danach um die Schichtstärke abgesenkt.
■ Nach Beendigung des Abstapelvorgangs kann die
Palette entladen werden.

■ By means of a synchronized conveyor system the slabs
split on the bandknife splitting machines are automatically
transported to the stacking device.
■ Afterwards, the split slabs are put on a pallet. By
means of a lifting device the pallet is lowered by the
layer thickness.
■ When the stacking process is finished the pallet can be
unloaded.
