Die kompakte <strong>BIMA</strong> <strong>400</strong> Baureihe benötigt wenig Aufstell fläche<br />
und verfügt über eine optimierte Absaugung. Sie<br />
hat eine ausgesprochen hohe Flexibilität durch den Einsatz unter -<br />
schiedlichster leistungsstarker Adapteraggregate.<br />
Die groß dimensionierten Antriebseinheiten erzeugen eine hohe<br />
Dynamik in allen Achsen.<br />
Der Bohrkopf der <strong>BIMA</strong> <strong>400</strong> Baureihe:<br />
• Hochleistungsbohrkopf mit 9.000 UpM – abgestimmt für den<br />
industriellen Einsatz<br />
• Hohe Drehzahlen und lange Lebensdauer<br />
• Gleiche Drehrichtung der Bohrspindeln, dadurch geringere<br />
Werkzeugbevorratung möglich<br />
• Individuell zu gestaltender Bohrkopf<br />
Das neue IMA-Spänetransportband sorgt für einfachere Späneund<br />
Resteentsorgung – praktisch reinigungsfrei.<br />
Mehrere Tischsysteme sind für die <strong>BIMA</strong> <strong>400</strong> Baureihe verfügbar.<br />
Sie können aus der individuell auf Ihre Werkstücke zugeschnittene<br />
IMA-Spanntechnologie auswählen.<br />
• Max. Aufspannhöhe inkl. Spannmittel beträgt 350 mm<br />
bei einem Z-Hub von ca. 650 mm (bei <strong>BIMA</strong> <strong>400</strong> R)<br />
The <strong>BIMA</strong> <strong>400</strong> series requires little floor space and has an<br />
optimised dust extraction system. Its flexibility is excellent due to<br />
the use of the most different high-performance adapter units. The<br />
generously dimensioned drive motor units generate great<br />
dynamics in all axes.<br />
The boring head of the <strong>BIMA</strong> <strong>400</strong> series:<br />
• High-performance boring head with 9000 rev/min.,<br />
designed for industrial use<br />
• High speeds of rotation and long serviceable life expectancy<br />
• Drill spindles have identical sense of rotation; hence fewer<br />
tools can to be kept in stock<br />
• Boring head can be designed individually<br />
The new IMA chips discharge conveyor allows for a simpler<br />
discharge of chips and waste offcuts – almost maintenance-free.<br />
Several worktable systems are available for the <strong>BIMA</strong> <strong>400</strong> series.<br />
You can choose from the whole range of IMA work-holding<br />
technologies individually tailored to your parts.<br />
