THE INNOVATIVE MATERIAL FOR ACOUSTIC INSULATION
ITALIAN LEGISLATION HAS PARTICULARLY EMPHASIZED THE OBSERVANCE OF
THE PARAMETERS OF ACOUSTIC INSULATION IN BUILDINGS, ESTABLISHING
THE RESPECT OF THE MINIMUM STANDARDS.
FONOSPHERA SF51 IS THE RESULT OF A STUDY FOCUSED TO GARANTEE
TOGETHER WITH A HIGH ACOUSTIC INSULATION, EXCELLENT RESULTS OF
FIRE REACTIONS (Class 1).
This innovative material is made up of a polymeric-based mass and mineral
charges connected with a polyethylene spheric caps layer. This conjugation
optimizes the acoustic insulation performance in case of use with other materials,
avoiding the develop of acoustic bridges during mounting.
The special assembly process allows the composite to grant excellent
performances with restrained thickness and weight with no addition of adhesives
which could cause deterioration in the course of time.

R.I.Na. AND SOLAS HOMOLOGATIONS
Soundproof with the basic composition of FONOSPHERA SF51 but with the
addition of a polyester fiber layer (FP) and a cover of an aluminium sheet (ALL)
on the exterior side.
It preserves the main features of the basic product SF51, but it can be used
where R.I.Na and SOLAS homologations are required.

with an excellent sound absorption coefficient.
Self-extinguishing according to the rules UL94 HG-1.
Easy to fit, it reduces the ambient acoustic level and isolates the sound sources.
