The computer-controlled machineuses a time-based algorithm to recreate images. Thefelt-pen ink bleeds in the paper for a duration relative tothe grey value of a pixel. Every “time stain” gradually recreatesimages in a pointillist style. It can take 20 hoursto print one color on A2 format.
