Konstruktiver aufbau
Rührer mit direkt am Antrieb befestigter
Rührwelle. Motorlager sind Anforderungen
angepasst. Flanschausführung als
Aufbaurührer oder Ausführung in Verbindung
mit Klemmhalterung oder Stativ.

explosionsgeschützte Antriebe nach Gefahrenklasse
EEx e. Motordrehzahl 3000, 1500, 1000,
750 u/min, polumschaltbar oder Regelbetrieb.

Rührwelle
Dynamisch ausgewuchtet. Befestigung
am Antrieb nach Erfordernis mit Hülsen,
Flansch- oder Schnelltrennkupplung.
Rührorgane
Leicht auswechselbare dreiflügelige Propeller.
Andere Rührorganformen vorhanden. Zusätzliche
Stabilisierungsringe für Rührwerksbetrieb
im Durchtrittsbetrieb.

Rührwelle und Rührorgan aus Edelstahl V4A
(1.4571) Stahl mit PP, PVDF- oder
Hartgummiverkleidung. Andere Werkstoffe

Construction
Direct agitator with agitator shaft. Motor
bearings suit operational conditions. Flange
mounting for top entry use, for portable
clamp-on mounting or fitted to a tripod
stand etc.

Standard three phase IEC electric motors with
protection to IP 54, also expolsion-proof drives.
Motor speeds: 3000, 1500, 1000 and 750
rpm, also pole change speed or variable speed
drives. Lubricated for life motor bearings.
agitator shaft
Dynamically straightened, fitted to drive to
suit requirements, i.e. sleeve, flange or quick
release couplings.
agitator elements
Quick release 3-wing marine type propellers
and others to suit application. Additional stabilizing
rings are fitted if agitator is operated
during filling and emptying of vessels contents.
materials
Agitator shaft and elements of carbon steel,
or suitable stainless steel 1.4571 (316 ss) or
equivalent. Carbon steel, PP, PVDF or rubber
covered. Other materials or protective covering
to suite process conditions.
