GENERAL TOURNAMENT INFO OF 11 TH AUSTRIAN LINDE YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011 ACCREDITATION: 21 st April 2011 - 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM TIPS ARENA (Intersport Arena) Linz (playing area) Training is possible after accreditation - Dinner from 7:00 PM 10:00 PM Important Info - Without accreditation 21 st April 2011 your team can not take part at the tournament. ENTRY FEE: € 40,00 each player DRAW & JURY MEETING: 21 st April 2011 at 9 PM in the rooms of Intersportarena SCHEDULE: Training can start all days from 07:30 AM to 08:30 AM, Tournament Start all days at 08:30 AM, Tournament End is 25 th April ca. 4:00 PM TRANSPORT: Transport is free at arrival and departure. Free Shuttle Bus pending between Hotels and Intersport Arena. EQUIPMENT: Ball: JOOLA*** orange – 60 Tables JOOLA blue WELCOME PARTY: Invited all Officials/Coaches MEALS: Breakfast at your Hotel - Lunch at Intersport Arena (Soup, 2 Menus, vegetables, fruits, bread & butter) - Dinner at Intersport Arena (2 Menus, vegetables, fruits, bread & butter). TRIPLE A water for free PLAYING SYSTEM: Cadet Team Events: Corbillon Cup System (a-x, b-y, double, a-y, b-x) 2 players Junior Team Events: New Swaythling Cup System (a-x, b-y, c-z, a-y, b-x) 3 players TEAM EVENTS: 1 st stage - qualification groups for all teams - without National Teams who participants on AUSTRIAN JOOLA JUNIOR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011 2 nd stage - the 1 st and the 2 nd Team of each in addition with the National Teams who participants on AUSTRIAN JOOLA JUNIOR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011 there are qualified for the Linde Champion Ships Trophy, the next teams of the group are qualified for the LINZ AG Challenge Ships Trophy In the 2 nd stage Team Event all positions will be played in KO System. The Team match ending by 3 points. All matches best of 5. Players can start only in one Event. INDIVIDUAL EVENTS: 1 st stage - qualification groups for all players without National Teams who participants on AUSTRIAN JOOLA JUNIOR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011 2 nd stage - the 1 st and the 2 nd players and the players from National Teams who participants on AUSTRIAN JOOLA JUNIOR OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2011 are qualified for the Linde Champion Ships Trophy, the next players of the group are qualified for the LINZ AG Challenge Ships Trophy. All matches of the Individual Events (single 2 nd stage and double) played in Knock Out System. Players can start only in one Category. HOSPITALITY: Hospitality cost package for 1 Person/Day included full board and lodging. Single rooms are only for coaches possible. Please note that the desired hotel category only after timely posting and spare capacity can be guaranteed. This price list is valid version of 10.10. 2010 – the Hospitality cost start after the ITTF Austrian JOOLA Youth Open from 21 st April 2011.
