The easy-to-operate pressure flap function
in the pig and piglet product series from HOSP
means that young animals can also drink fresh
water in the first days of their life, especially in
mother herd husbandry.
Healthy animals and efficient water consumption
which can be used directly as drinking water by
pigs, sows and piglets. The shape and function of
HOSP swine bowls complies with the hygienic and
practical requirements of modern piglet and pig
breeding. HOSP swine bowls made of ALLWEILER
grey cast-iron are completely enamelled using the
dry enamelling process. This achieves optimum,
uniformly enamelled surfaces which offer high
protection against corrosion and easy cleaning.
All HOSP swine bowls are produced according to
DVGW specifications. The throughflow regulation
provided by the “BS” valve allows adaptation to
the drinking behaviour of individual animals to
avoid water wastage and increased efficiency.
Each bowl is checked for correct functioning before
delivery to ensure faultless application.
