KAREEM RALPH AMIN | As an Abstract Painter, I am forced to create images and pattern with selfless<br />
authority. These images develop from an imaginary concept of reoccurring vision that includes figures,<br />
movement with overlapping brush strokes. The textural pattern is painted to balance the figures, distinctively<br />
allowing contrasting color-palette to render as Light and Dark. This dichotomy in my work is<br />
brought about by disguising the figures so that the viewer is free to interpret their own subjects and<br />
voices.<br />
