Unsere modernen
Abfüllanlagen ermöglichen
uns, in bis zu drei Schichten
am Tag flexibel auf unsere
Kunden zu reagieren. Wir
können Lippenpflegestifte
mit Ausschubhülse, Tiegel
sowie Gloss abfüllen. Der
Abfüllprozess kann auch als
reine Lohnherstellung
erfolgen, für die unsere
Kunden ihre Bulkware und
Packmittel beistellen. Die
fachgerechte Abfüllung
erfolgt – wie die komplette
Produktion – unter
Einhaltung der Kosmetik-
GMP.
Our modern filling lines allow
us to fill even large orders in
up to three shifts per day. We
can fill lip balm sticks, jars
and gloss containers.
Contract filling is also
possible: in this case, our
clients provide the bulk
goods and packaging
material and we only provide
the filling process. GMP
guidelines for cosmetics are
complied with during filling
and throughout the entire
production process.

management and are
committed to international
cosmetic legislation and GMP
guidelines for cosmetics. We
also have an independent
laboratory regularly checking
and analysing the
ingredients that go into our
products.
Continuously trained
specialists check and ensure
the quality in every stage of
the production - from the
moment the raw materials
are received until the goods
leave our warehouse. In 2016,
we successfully attained ISO
9001:2015 certification.
