VELOHELD.PATH
Das veloheld.path ist genau das richtige Rad, wenn es in Deiner Stadt etwas rauer
zugeht. Kopfsteinpflaster, Schlaglöcher, unbefestigte Wege – die Stadt besteht
nicht nur aus Flüsterasphalt.
Mit den 27,5“ Laufrädern und den 50 mm breiten Reifen rollt das Rad schnell aber
dennoch komfortabel über die urbanen Unwegsamkeiten. Serienmäßig ist es mit
dem Gates CDN Riemenantrieb für extreme Wartungsarmut und einer Shimano
Alfine 8-Gang Nabe ausgestattet. Möchtest Du Neues auch außerhalb Deiner
Stadt erleben, ist das Rad auch für jede Abenteuertour zu haben.

Ganz neu gibt es das veloheld.lane mit Pinion Getriebe von uns. Damit wird das
Rad mit seinem wartungsarmen Charakter noch einmal auf ein ganz neues Niveau
gehoben. In Verbindung mit dem optionalen Gates Riemenantrieb und dem Pinion-C-Line
Getriebe ist das Rad besonders für längere Touren und ausgedehntere
Radreisen geeignet. Dazu tragen auch die hochwertigen Komponenten wie die

Jeder veloheld Rahmen ist neben den Serienfarben auch in RAL-Wunschfarbe
verfügbar. Lass Dich von uns, Deiner Umgebung oder von bereits gebauten
Rädern in unserer „Gallery“ inspirieren. Sende uns Deine Wunschfarbe aus der
RAL-Farbtabelle und wir beschichten Deinen Rahmen in Deiner Farbe.
Die Pulverbeschichtung ist ein qualitativ hochwertiges Beschichtungsverfahren,
bei dem Pulverlack elektrostatisch auf dem zu beschichtenden und
elektrisch leitfähigen Fahrradrahmen aufgebracht und durch Wärmeeinwirkung
verschmolzen wird. Pulverbeschichtete Werkstücke zeichnen sich
durch ihren optimalen Schutz gegen Witterungseinflüsse und Korrosion aus.
Zudem ist die Pulverbeschichtung in höchstem Maße kratz- und stoßfest.
So hält die Oberfläche selbst bei Deformierungen des Untergrundmetalles.
Im Vergleich zu Nasslackierungen ist die Pulverbeschichtung lösemittel- und
emissionsfrei.
Auch die Auswahl der Komponenten, wie Schaltung, Laufräder und Zubehör ist
nicht auf die Serienausstattung beschränkt. Wir oder unsere veloheld Händler
beraten Dich gern umfassend und bauen Dir Dein Traumrad ganz nach Deinen

VELOHELD.CUSTOM
Every veloheld frame is also available in your desired RAL custom colour. Get inspired
by talking to us, from your environment or from already built bikes in our photo
gallery. Send us your desired shade out of the RAL colour chart and we powder-coat
your frame durably and eco friendly in your personal colour.
Your choice of components such as shifters, wheels and accessories is not limited
to standard equipment either. We, or our trusted Veloheld retailers, would love to
provide a comprehensive consultation to build your dream bike exactly to your
wishes and appropriate for intended usage.
Powder coating is a high quality coating process. The powder colour is sprayed
electrostatically onto the conductive frame and sealed thermally. Powder coating
is an ideal protection against climatic conditions and corrosion. Furthermore
powder coating is extremely scratch- and impact-resistant. Thus the surface
even resists deformation of the base metal. In contrast to liquid painting,
powder coating is solvent- and emission-free.
You will then receive your personalised veloheld bicycle built from scratch in our
Dresden workshop.

Das veloheld.iconX ist das Bike für alle, die es gern vielseitig mögen – egal, ob
für die „Hatz im Schlamm“, das Touren-Abenteuer oder den täglichen Arbeitsweg
– das iconX macht alles mit. Der leichte Stahlrahmen aus hitzebehandelten Chromoly-Rohren
ist mit einem extra steifen konischen Steuerrohr ausgestattet, um
auch aktuelle konische Carbongabeln bündig aufzunehmen. Mittels der nötigen,
aber dezenten Ösen für Schutzbleche und Gepäckträger lässt sich der veloheld.iconX
Rahmen somit auch in einen sportiven Tourer oder einen schnellen
„Every-Day-Commuter” verwandeln.

The veloheld.iconX is the bike for everyone who likes it versatile – no matter if you
like to “Race in the mud“, go touring or daily commuting – the iconX does it all. The
light steel frame made of heat-treated Chromoly tubing is equipped with an extra stiff
tapered head tube that even tapered carbon forks work with.
The sporty frame can be converted into a touring bike or an everyday commuter bicycle,
thanks to the necessary but discreet mounts for mudguards and racks.

VELOHELD GRAVEL SPARTAKIADE
Im September 2018 fand die erste veloheld GRAVEL SPARTAKIADE statt. Auf
wunderschönen Schotter-Pfaden ging es vom veloheld Showroom in Dresden
durch die Sächsische und Böhmische Schweiz. Ziel war ein bis dahin geheimer
Zeltplatz in Tschechien. Die über 50 Starterinnen und Starter konnten die
anspruchsvollen 100 km mit ca. 1800 HM stressfrei in Ihrer Wunschgeschwindigkeit
fahren. Aber wer wollte, konnte es auch so richtig krachen lassen, im
Renntempo fahren und als Erster sein Zelt aufbauen. So war der Gewinner
Stefan aus Berlin bereits nach 4:30 h im Ziel. Und nur ca. eine dreiviertel Stunde
später hatte auch Sandra aus Leipzig als erste Frau ihr Zelt aufgebaut. Zu
dieser Zeit genoss der Großteil des restlichen Fahrerfelds noch die Fahrt über
Berg und Tal.
Abends war dann Zeit für ein leckeres Barbecue und man konnte mit neuen
und alten Freunden die Strecke noch einmal am Lagerfeuer Revue passieren
lassen. Am nächsten Tag ging es bei bestem Wetter nach dem Frühstück in
mehreren Gruppen zurück zum Startpunkt nach Dresden. Auch hier konnte
wieder jeder, diesmal auf einer entspannten Strecke, seine Geschwindigkeit
selbst wählen.
Wir freuen uns auf eine Neuauflage im Herbst 2019. Die genauen Daten zur
GRAVEL SPARTAKIADE 2019 veröffentlichen wir auf unserer Website und
informieren dazu auch in unserem monatlichen Newsletter.

VELOHELD GRAVEL SPARTAKIADE
In September 2018 we hosted the first veloheld GRAVEL SPARTAKIADE. We rode
from the veloheld showroom in Dresden through the Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland
mountains on beautiful gravel paths. Our destination was a secret camping
spot in the Czech Republic. Over 50 participants rode 100 km of challenging terrain
with 1800 m elevation gain, stress free and at their desired speed. Of course there
was also the option of going all out, riding in racing speed and being the first to
pitch a tent. The winner, Stefan from Berlin, arrived expeditiously after 4.5 hrs. Only
45 min later the first woman, Sandra from Leipzig pitched her tent. At this time the
majority of the lineup were still enjoying riding the hills and the valleys.
In the evening we had a delicious barbecue with old and new friends reviewing the
route at the campfire. The next day, after breakfast, we returned in several groups
to Dresden in fine weather. Again, everyone could choose their speed on a much
more relaxed route home.
We are looking forward to a new edition of the tour in Autumn 2019. We will
release exact dates for the GRAVEL SPARTAKIADE 2019 on our website and will
also keep you informed in our monthly newsletter.

Das neue veloheld.icon disc ist unsere Interpretation eines komfortablen und
dennoch schnellen Allroad Bikes „Made of Steel“. Ab sofort verfügt das Rad über
sichere Scheibenbremsen, die Dich insbesondere mit Bikepacking-Taschen auf
Deiner nächsten Asphalt-Tour nicht im Stich lassen. Erhältlich ist es als Komplettrad
in verschiedenen Ausstattungsvarianten oder auch als Rahmenset für Deinen
persönlichen Aufbau – beides auch in Deiner RAL-Wunschfarbe als haltbare
Pulverbeschichtung.
The new veloheld.icon disc is our interpretation of a comfortable yet fast allroad bike
“made of steel”. The bicycle now has safe disc brakes, which won’t fail you, especially
on tarmac tours with bikepacking bags. It is available as a complete bicycle setup with
multiple component options or as a frame set for your own build - both also in your
RAL custom colour as a lasting powder coating.

Das 29“ bzw. 27,5+“ MTB veloheld.iron „bügelt” einfach über jedes Hindernis.
Die tollen Eigenschaften der großen und bis zu 2,8“ breiten Reifen sind einfach
perfekt für jede Tour im Unterholz. Damit der Trail noch mehr Spaß macht, kannst
Du mit einer ø 30.9 mm Dropper Post den Sattel absenken. Und falls Du dem
Boden doch einmal zu nahe kommen solltest, schützt das gebogene Unterrohr
den Rahmen vor einem Einschlag des Gabelkopfes. Verfügbar als Komplettrad
oder Rahmenset mit der optionalen 1 ⅛“ Stahlgabel.

WIR LIEBEN RÄDER AUS STAHL!
Stahl ist ein wunderbares und traditionsreiches Material für
unsere veloheld Fahrradrahmen. Mit seinen dezenten Rohrdurchmessern
und den „natürlichen“ Dämpfungseigenschaften
entstehen zeitlos schöne, komfortable und langlebige Fahrräder,
welche sich nicht an Moden und Trends orientieren. Die von uns
für die Rohre verwendete Chrom-Molybdän-Legierung, oft auch
CrMo oder Chromoly genannt, bietet beste technische Eigenschaften
dafür und ist außerdem auch ökologisch sinnvoll.
Bei der Herstellung wird weniger Energie benötigt und umweltschädliche
Abfallprodukte fallen gegenüber anderen, im Fahrradbereich
verwendeten Materialien, wie Aluminium oder Carbon,
kaum an. Auch beim Thema Gewicht sind unsere Rahmen
konkurrenzfähig. Durch die Verwendung mehrfach konifizierter
Rohre (unterschiedliche Wandstärken in einem Rohr) entstehen
so ausreichend leichte Rahmen für den entsprechenden
Einsatzzweck.
