CANCELLATIONS<br />
If you are not able to attend a treatment<br />
you have booked, please let us know at<br />
least 24 hours in advance. We will be happy<br />
to cancel the treatment free of charge.<br />
Treatments cancelled less than 24 hours<br />
in advance will be charged 80%. Guests<br />
who arrive late for treatments will last until<br />
the planned end of the treatment and no<br />
longer in order to enable our beauty team<br />
to remain on schedule for other treatments.<br />

you information and advice on the<br />

products used by our beauty team for<br />
their treatments are available to buy.<br />
We will also be happy to send beauty<br />
products to your home address.<br />
