Automatic Critical-angle Refraktometer
The new ATR-SW is designed for measuring the refractive
index of liquid media for applications in the quality
control of production and laboratory.
It consists of an electronic unit and a measuring head
and can be used for single and flow through measurement.
The separate measuring head permits to work
vertically as well as horizontally.
It’s new housing for the electronic offers more space for
a bigger LCD display and an alphanumeric foil keypad.
Batch numbers can be entered directly and also simple
forms can be created and printed out.
4 special scales, one of them beeing programmed as Bx
scale and one as a grease scale according to Leithe by
the factory, provide a wide range of application possibilities
in production and laboratory. The software of
the ATR-SW, designed close to the practice, allows to
determine mean values and standard derivation as well
as to adjust a measuring delay for special measurements
with high dependence of the temperature. All functions
may also be controlled via PC using the remote control
program. Various sample room doors complete the
versatile possibilities to apply the ATR-SW.

Automatisches Grenzwinkel-Refraktometer
Das neue ATR-SW dient zur Messung des Brechungsindexes
von flüssigen Medien zum Einsatz in der Qualitätskontrolle
im Produktions- und Laborbereich.
Es besteht aus einer Elektronikeinheit und einem Messkopf
und kann für Einzel- und Durchflussmessungen eingesetzt
werden. Der separate Messkopf erlaubt die horizontale
und vertikale Arbeitsweise.
Das ATR-SW mit seinem neuem Elektronikgehäuse schafft
mehr Platz für ein größeres LCD-Display und eine alphanumerische
Folientastatur. Dadurch können beispielsweise
Chargennummern direkt eingegeben und einfache Formulare
zum direkten Ausdruck erstellt werden.
Vier Sonderskalen, davon eine werksseitig als Brix-Skala
programmiert, und eine Fett-Skala nach Leithe erlauben
die breite Anwendung in Produktion und Labor. Die praxisgerechte
Software des ATR-SW ermöglicht z.B. die Mittelwertbildung,
die Bestimmung der Standardabweichung
und eine einstellbare Messwertverzögerung für besonders
temperaturrelevante Messungen. Alle Funktionen lassen
sich auch per Remote Control vom PC aus steuern.
Verschiedene Probenraumtüren komplettieren die Universalität
des ATR-SW.
