Komplettverlagerung für die
HMM Kunststofftechnik GmbH –
Teile für Automobil-, Fahrrad-, Elektro-
und Konsumgüterindustrie
Zwischen Dresden und Barchfeld bei Eisenach
liegen rund 280 Kilometer. Über diese Strecke
hat SCHOLPP die HMM Kunststofftechnik
GmbH komplett verlagert und am Ende die
Hallen, Werkstätten und Gebäude besenrein
übergeben – in ganz alltäglicher Meisterleistung.
Insgesamt umfasste der Umzug 17
Spritzgießmaschinen bis Bau größe 800 Tonnen,
inklusive Roboter und Peripherie. Dazu
die Lagereinrichtung mit den Beständen und
Spritzgießwerkzeugen sowie den Bereich Instandhaltung
mit Lager und Bürotrakt.
Produktionsverlagerung für die
Geobra Brandstätter GmbH & Co. KG –
bestens bekannt als Spielzeugklassiker
Playmobil
Auf Malta werden pro Woche 1,8 Millionen
Playmobil-Männchen hergestellt – das
macht pro Jahr knapp 90 Millionen Figuren.
Im Rahmen der Produktionsverlagerung von
Bulebel nach Hal Far übernahm SCHOLPP
die Demontage des gesamten Maschinenparks,
darunter 150 zwischen 3 und 15 Tonnen
schwere Spritzgießmaschinen sowie
den Transport mit ca. 200 LKW-Ladungen.
SCHOLPP ist es gelungen, während des gesamten
Projekts ständig 95 % der Produktion
in Betrieb zu halten.

End-to-end relocation project for HMM
Kunststofftechnik GmbH – makers of parts
for the automotive, bicycle, electrical, and
consumer-goods industries.
Around 280 kilometres separate the cities of
Dresden and Barchfeld. In a smooth and effi
cient operation, SCHOLPP relocated HMM’s
entire facility. The project involved transporting
17 injection-moulding systems with a
clamping force of up to 800 tonnes, complete
with robots and periphery equipment – plus
the entire store, including spare-parts and
materials inventories, moulds, and the offi ce
infrastructure and contents.
Relocation of production for Geobra Brandstätter
GmbH & CO. KG – best known for the
much loved Playmobil toys
1.8 million Playmobil fi gures are manufa ctured
every week on the island of Malta – a
total output of around 90 million a year. When
the makers decided to move production from
Bulebel to Hal far, SCHOLPP was on hand to
assist. SCHOLPP experts disassembled all
plant and equipment, including 150 injection-moulding
systems weighing between
three to 15 tonnes, and relocated them by
means of 200 truck shipments. And despite
the scale of the project, disruption was minimal,
with 95 percent of production remaining
up and running at all times.
