• Hochwertige Deckschichten im In-Mould Verfahren (erste Schicht in Negativformen)<br />
• Anwenderfreundliche Verarbeitung durch lange Überlaminierbarkeit<br />
• Lieferbar in vielen RAL Farbtönen oder Effektlackformulierungen<br />
• Gute UV-Beständigkeit der Standardfarben<br />
• Wachsfrei<br />
• Bildet kovalente Bindungen mit allen Epoxi Laminier-, Infusions- & Deckschichtharzen<br />
aus dem Hause HP-Textiles und generiert so einen Verbund mit sehr hoher Zwischenlagenhaftung.<br />
• Spritzfertig eingestellt, Auftrag mit Pinsel oder Roller ebenfalls möglich<br />
Verbrauch pro Spritzgang 70-80 g/m² (Nassauftrag)<br />
ergibt ca. 40-50 g/m² (Trockenauftrag)<br />
empfohlene Spritzgänge 2-3 (variiert je nach Deckkraft des Farbtons)<br />
Eine Ein-Liter-Mischung reicht für ca. 4-5m² bei 3 Durchgängen zu je 75g/m² (Nassauftrag).<br />
