Soft enamel has recessed enamel. The enamel clings to the edges 

and recesses below the metal die line and gives the soft enamel 

signature ‘bumpy’ feel when you run your finger over the top. 

Hard enamel is polished flat. The enamel is added before the 

plating is added and then polished flat to the same level as the 

metal die lines. 

The creation of design or graphic on the surface of metal by 

removing some of the metal. This creates 

a premium look.

LOGOS FOR PERSONALISATION 

PRINTING 

We have to digitise your logo to enable embroidery of any product and it is not necessary to 

supply a vectored or high resolution image of your logo for us to achieve this. The digitising 

process converts your logo into a DST file which the embroidery machines will read to create 

your embroidery. There is no charge for creating the initial embroidery files - this includes one 

DST file and an embroidered swatch. 

IMPORTANT 

Please ensure the correct logo together with any other relevant information such as 

additional text are provided to us from the outset as any amendments resulting in the 

creation of an additional DST file will result in a charge of €35.00 When placing repeat 

orders, care should be taken to ensure the correct logo has been specified. In some cases, 

small text amendments can be made to existing DST files. In this case, a reduced free of 

€10.50 will be applied. 

All printed items, with the exception of ball markers, require a ‘vectored’ logo unless text only 

is required. These are usually .pdf, .eps or .svg files - jpeg, .png and .gif files are not generally 

acceptable for use. 

If you are unsure whether your logo is vectored or not, please contact the Level 4 team who 

will be happy to advise you. 

If your logo is not vectored and you are unable to locate one, we can provide redrawing 

service which is charged at €63.00 per hour. We will provide an estimate of the total charge 

dependent on the complexity of your logo.

Embroidery - All Prices are inclusive of set up for embroidery of 

1 logo & type in 1 position and up to 12,000 stitches. Additional 

stitches are charged at €0.21 per 1,000 stitches (excluding exploded 

towels). Stitch count charges are rounded up to the nearest 1,000 

stitches when calculating. Additional charges will be incurred for 

multi position embroidery or differing embroidery types. Please get 

in touch to discuss your requirements. 

Printing - All Prices are inclusive of set up for printing of 1 logo in 

1 position. Additional charges will be incurred for multi position

L E A D T I M E S 

To ensure that production times are kept to a minimum, quick approval of 

artwork proofs is recommended. Equally if there are any issues with the 

supplied proofs then we can work to correct them immediately. 

We know that sometimes things get left to the last minute, which is why 

we also offer a rush service. 

Rush production may incur an additional charge, and is dependent on the 

order volume and number of items in the production run. We will however 

endeavour to do everything we can to fulfil your order. If you need your 

order turned around quickly, then please get in touch to discuss your 

requirements.
