Soft enamel has recessed enamel. The enamel clings to the edges<br />
and recesses below the metal die line and gives the soft enamel<br />
signature ‘bumpy’ feel when you run your finger over the top.<br />
Hard enamel is polished flat. The enamel is added before the<br />
plating is added and then polished flat to the same level as the<br />
metal die lines.<br />
